The room was clean. Definitely needs some updates. The keurig didn't work, there was a broken mug in the cabinet. 2 elevators were broken while we were there. Which upset everyone. The view was amazing though. Nice and spacious for the 3 of us.

The property manager was extremely accommodating as our trip details changed days before check in. The room had everything needed for a weeks stay and was a wonderful place to relax. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Great room, great view, great spot, elevators can be slow

Great room, great view, great spot, elevators can be slow and long wait during busy hours. Besides the elevators no complaints. Nice gym, nice pools. Nice beach, good room, great view, owner responded quickly to texts and MX teams assigned. We had a light bulb burn out in the master bedroom and they replaced it quickly.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo seems to not have anyone to care about the condition of the furniture or to update anything. the condo had not been dusted in a while. We have rented more for less than the expense of this one

This condo felt like a spring break, owned by a leasing company vibe. We had to request basic kitchen supplies - which they brought immediately. However - we realized we’d need several more things and went purchased ourselves so we could have a functional kitchen. *** don’t even get me started on the poor layout and unusable space of that kitchen - you can’t open things. The bunk bed area had dirty clothes, towels, sheets and toys - it was obvious it had never been checked - and goodness gracious I wish we’d of not dropped something beside the bed, to need to pull away from the wall. There’s no deadbolt - which is crazy considering you are on the 19th floor and we had a 2 year old who could open the door *scary! The washer and dryer ruined clothes w rust stains and it was a fire hazard w as much lint that was trapped.The furniture was very spring break - wood water rings, peeling surfaces and not comfortable at all! We called for a mattress protector as the master bedsheets felt like polyester and they made noises rubbing up against the unprotected mattress. **they brought one w in a few hours - but it was not the correct size. No hangers at all! *we left the ones we bought. The furniture in the bedroom doesn’t have useful drawers (think nightstand) so hangers were needed to not trip over suitcases. Main area Has a lot of open space and would be great if I was on a senior trip - and just didn’t care. We paid way too much! DEFINITELY NOT AS DESCRIBED

The location is the best part about this property. Along with the views. The living room furniture and the kitchen stools were all visibly stained. Found trash in the bedroom. The living room tv was broken as well.

Great Springbreak

We stayed at this condo for a week during spring break. We love Panama City. The condo was as described, some reviews had said that condo was dirty, but when we arrived the condo was still being cleaned and they even had the stove pulled out cleaning behind it. The couch had a stains but I imagine it’s bc of past renters. The kitchen is small but doable. The resort building was a little disappointing with the lack of available elevators and non heated pools. I would reccomend this condo.

Getaway

We enjoyed our stay except the room was not as clean as I thought it would be. The view was gorgeous. But the worst thing was the elevators . There were only two on our side that worked. And it took us and average of 20 minutes to get down and about the same to come back up. That was the most disappointing thing of the whole trip. We actually got where we hated to have to go anywhere even the beach.

Unhappy and disappointed customer

The location is great. Stayed at Tidewater Beach Resort for many years. The condo was a big disappointment. Floors were dirty, furniture was scratched up and very dusty. Dirty dishes were inside the kitchen cabinets. A dirty bath cloth was left in the bath tub from the previous renter. I will never rent this condo or recommend it to anyone. Paying for a cleaning fee for this condo was a big joke. Maybe the next renter will have a cleaner experience.

Long weekend

The surprise fees and excess charges were upsetting and costly. Far too expensive Elevators did not work and the wait was awful. Beach chairs were overpriced and the double fees from vrbo and property manager were excessive.

the location is good , close to shopping center and eating places . Perfect view . Thew floors was very dirty , I used three buckets of water to clean the floors , There no hooks in a bathroom to hang the clothes while taking shower . Very little space for clothing ( no dresser ) . Pilling paint of the kitchen cabinets . Sliding door to a balcony very hard to open . Balcony floor need sealing .

Dirty floors, extra fees, great view.

The floor was dirty when we arrived. Our socks and feet were black. I vacuumed the floors and it helped a little. Needed a mop or swifter. I had to pay a cleaning fee with my rental. Why wasn’t the place clean for me? The furniture was worn not like pictures. The ocean view was fabulous. Also had to pay another fee for the resort amenities. I thought everything was included with my VRBO price. I was wrong.

Spring Vacation

If your not overly critical this condo is adequate. Advertised as recently updated. Furniture is a bit worn and the dining table and coffee table are pretty scratched up. One of the bar stools is rather flimsy. Both bathrooms need updated, second bath tub faucet is not functional for bath, shower only due to old and rusted. Freezer ice maker does not work. The walls are freshly painted and nice. Patio chairs are in bad shape as needing a new coat of paint and some cushions, very uncomfortable. The balcony view was amazing. The price we paid for the week we were there was a fair price.
