This one bedroom, plus bunks condo is located on the desired west end of PCB and was recently updated with new furnishings, paint, stainless appliances, and smart TV's.

Southwind is a lower density complex, with 88 units all together. Good Vibes is located on the ground level and just a one minute walk across the street to the sugar sand beach and the Gulf of Mexico! This will be a no hassle vacation experience: No waiting for an elevator to get to the beach, easy parking directly in front of the unit, no getting lost in a massive high-rise/resort. The complex is in an awesome location, on the west end of Panama City Beach, and is very family friendly. About 10 minutes west from gorgeous Scenic Highway 30A, just a few miles from Pier Park, there's a ton of activities to get into. There's a cool boutique grocer, Carousel Supermarket, 1.2 Miles away and an 8 minute walk from highly rated Mike's Cafe and Oyster Bar.

This condo sleeps 6 people. Please obey this rule to avoid eviction.

No Smoking or Pets

$500 Violation fee if unit smells like smoke or Pets brought into the unit.

We will charge a fine and/or evict if caught smoking in the unit. If there is a smoke odor left behind, we will charge as well.

South wind will tow any vehicles without a valid parking pass. 1 Parking pass, additional parking pass is $25
