ABOUT THE HOME: This elegant coastal retreat offers modern finishes with an open floor plan, including a gourmet kitchen with a large island and breakfast bar, a hand-crafted dining table that seats ten, and a large living room space. There are two king rooms with ensuite bathrooms, one on each level. The upstairs king ensuite includes a private patio with a swinging daybed and rockers. Both the queen ensuite and a bunk room have private access to a porch. Outdoor entertaining areas can on the first level feature a screened-in porch, large porch swings and deck with plenty of room for grilling and dining al fresco.

ABOUT THE AREA: Prominence South is a charming coastal community nestled between Seagrove Beach and Alys Beach and just 20 minutes to Pier Park. The community features incredible amenities, open green spaces and easy access to over 17 miles of bike paths. Residents will enjoy easy access to a beautiful town center, 5,000 square foot resort style pool. In the heart of Prominence is The Big Chill (formerly the Hub), a family hot spot for dining, shopping and entertainment, featuring an outdoor 25 ft LED theater screen which streams major sporting events, movies as well as features live music on their very own stage.
BEACH ACCESS: Deer Lake State Park: This state park is roughly 1/2 mile from Prominence. There is an entry fee of $3 per vehicle (2 to 8 passengers) or $2 per pedestrian, bicyclist, and extra passengers. There is a long scenic boardwalk that brings you from the parking lot to the beach and is a five-to-ten minute walk. Beach service is not provided here.
Walton Dunes: located 2.5 miles from the Prominence area, Walton Dunes is an easily accessible beach entrance! Unlike Deer Lake, there are no stairs/ramps and you can walk right up to the beach. You take a left at Lakewood Drive and follow the curve until you see the parking lot for cars/golf carts. Beach service is the only amenity provided.
Santa Clara: located 3.5 miles away and is ADA accessible, has parking, restrooms, and lifeguards during peak season. Located on Scenic 30A, 1/2 mile east of Scenic 395, turn south on Bramble Grove Place.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

The 30A house is magnificent. The attentional to detail and the overall layout of the home is perfect for a family. We really enjoyed the house and would come back. There is a little town center with restaurants and shops one block away and its very close to Rosemary beach and the other great shops.

Perfect Getaway!
This house is beautiful and exactly as pictured! The management company was helpful and responsive! We had a great time enjoying the pools and beaches during our stay. It was very safe and we felt completely comfortable walking at night and allowing our teens to head to the big chill on their own. The property is clean and well maintained. It had all of the things that we needed to enjoy the majority of our meals on property! We would love to stay again soon!

Fantastic stay!
What an incredible place! Literally nothing else like it. We had 4 adults and 4 kids 6 and under, this place was perfect for kids. The adults were were more than happy too! The Hub is incredible, offers something for everyone.
30a Beach Girls was very responsive and provided same day solutions (under an hour) for a bike issue we had. We highly recommend and wish we could keep this place a secret!

Could not be more happy with our stay! This house was so cozy and we felt right at home during our stay. The finishes were beautiful and the layout of the home was perfect for our young family. We loved being so close to the neighborhood pool and the Big Chill - which is so kid friendly and lots of food and shopping options. Free bonfire night!!! So fun. We would love to come stay at this house again. It is situation so perfectly in the most picture perfect neighborhood. Would recommend to all groups!

Excellent vacation and service. Great house for our family getaway. Very clean and organized. Beds were very comfortable. Towels were thick and wicking. Jada, Hollie and Joy and their team were thorough in providing information and quick to respond with any questions or needs we had and assisted with renting baby equpoiment and an extra golf cart. They treat their guests to bonfires through the week, we indulged in two. An amazing bonus for staying with them. Very happy to have worked with them and would hands down recommend their services to everyone.

Would come back!
Great place to stay. I was with 7 other girls. There was plenty of space within the house. With a small bathroom in the hallway by the common area. At the top of the stairs is another sitting area as well. The kitchen did lack some items which is fine but make sure you're prepared. We didn't have oil and there was only salt and pepper for seasoning.

Memories made but had an issue.
Amazing Trip except for security, 5 star trip all the way but then security tried to ruin it. They issued illegal fine and made up tickets on us. The sheriff stated the tickets aren't real and we don't have to pay them. It is seriously a revenue generating scam and everyone should know this before booking a house at the Big Chill. The property though was like being in Heaven. Beautiful, spacious clean home with everything you need. Would highly recommend but beware if you walk sideways they will issue you a fine.

Seriously can't say enough good things about it!
This house was amazing! We were a group of 8 women and it was super comfortable for all of us. The location is great and could pretty much ride bikes or use the golf cart to get anywhere we needed to go. The house would also be perfect for families with children as it has everything you would need. Seriously can't say enough good things about it! We had a blast.

Great location, beautiful house, great hosts
My family and I had a terrific experience at this property. The house was beautiful, very clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen perfectly stocked and the location ideal (next to a number of great restaurants & shopping), and the hosts Jada, Hollie and Joy are responsive and attentive with all accommodations. They were helpful and communicative before and during the stay, while not being overbearing at the property. I would highly recommend this house if you're in 30a!

Best Family Vacation
I had never used Airbnb before so I was nervous, but this couldn't have been a better or easier experience. Everything was communicated in email text and apps, as well as, a very nice binder with itinerary and restaurant reccs in the home. The home itself is immaculate and has everything you need and want during your beach vacation. There are games, books, TV, Sonos, beach toys, bikes and a golf cart for 6! The home was so beautifully decorated at relaxing and the neighborhood is lively with a short walk to the Hub shopping center, but quiet once you get back home just one street over! We will be back!!

Terrific spot for a family getaway everything is steps away for the family
What a wonderful property to stay at with the family! You're under a mile (10 minute bike ride or 5 minute golf cart ride) either direction from the ocean, less than 5 miles from Seaside, and walking distance to restaurants and family entertainment. The home was in great condition with a good size living area to hangout. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and well kept. There was even a great little patio area out front to hangout and enjoy the beautiful weather. The traffic to get in and out of 30a was a bit crazy but once you're here, there's no reason to leave. However, if you were visiting any of the sites around Destin then you're only 20 minutes away. 30A Beach Girls had cookies awaiting our arrival and allowed us to check in hours early. They texted us daily with flag notices, restaurants we should try and more suggestions. Next time I visit 30a with the family, this will be the first place I want to stay or any where with 30a Beach Girls they truly take the stress away!
