Luxurious 1 King bedroom, enclosed Bunk Room & 2 large full baths. Walking approx to many fun places and Walmart Supercenter. Only steps away from the most beautiful beach.

Beach chairs and umbrella are for you to bring to the beach. Pls Rinse after use.

The space
We go all the way to make our guests comfortable. We fully wash all linens and even “duvet covers”. We do more than hotel standard!!!

The Lazy Place is an oversized one bedroom plus bunk condo (1040 sqft) with spectacular gulf view. You will not be able to find anything bigger than this.

Please no outdoor shoes allowed beyond the hallway/entrance. Trust me, you will enjoy the space more knowing that no germs brought from outdoor, and the white wood floor can be stained by dirts and shoes. Please bring your comfortable house slippers and be lazy.

The Lazy Place @ Laketown Wharf Resort offers guests unparalleled amenities: five unique pools, 52,000 square feet of lakefront boardwalk, a fully equipped fitness center, covered parking (free) and more. As the largest resort with some of the best values in Panama City Beach and amazing gulf views and lake view. Laketown Wharf Resort is a prime location for a fun-filled getaway!

$60 Resort fee will be collected upon check-in by the resort. It covers 6 wristbands to access all the pools and gym. 2 parkings, nothing to do with unit itself.

We provides free high speed WiFi, air conditioning, 4 restaurants and access to a garden with outdoor pools. The property features a fitness center and free private parking.

The holiday home features 1 bedroom plus Bunk room enclosed, two full baths, 2 flat-screen TV with cable channels, an equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave, a washing/dryer machine.
The resort comes with a outdoor barbecue, lakes and boardwalk, a private beach area are provided at Laketown Wharf - The Lazy Place.

Popular points of interest near the accommodations include Ripley's Believe it or Not!, ZooWorld Zoological Conservatory and Shell Island, St. Andrew State Park, fishing piers and the Pier Park Park. Nearest airport is Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (Code ECP), 12 mi from Laketown The Lazy Place.

Notes: we need exact amount of guests on the booking. We will order the right number of digital wrist-brands (new system implemented). Without them you would not be allowed in the pools and gym.
