Le Flipside 30A dort 6 et a 3 chambres à coucher 2 salles de bains dans un spacieux condo de 1300 pieds carrés. Détendez-vous avec votre famille en profitant de l'animation du Village Town Center et admirez la vue sur le golfe du Mexique depuis le balcon privé. Le Flipside 30A est le condo parfait pour des vacances en famille à 30A, une escapade romantique, un voyage en couple au paradis 30A, ou un retour des snowbirds à la plage .....

Ce plan d'étage de trois chambres dispose d'une chambre d'hÎtes king avec une télévision à écran plat et salle de bains attenante; une chambre avec lit queen-size et télévision à écran plat, et un placard pour plus de rangement; la troisiÚme chambre est un maßtre du roi spacieux avec baignoire jacuzzi et douche autonome en suite, TV à écran plat, accÚs au balcon et vue sur l'océan. Fees Like You Are In Heaven

I’m originally from Panama City Beach so I know the area well. When I come back to visit, I prefer staying at The Villages of South Walton. The atmosphere makes a person feel like they are in heaven!

Spacious, comfy unit with ocean view

Excellent unit in the Villages! Ocean view, very spacious, plenty of comfortable furniture. Balcony overlooks the Villages common area with live music each night to enjoy. Ground level has delicious restaurants and cute shops. Short walk or free tram ride to the beach. Everything to enjoy all in one place!

A week at the beach

Location was really great. Good swimming pools, short walk to the beach and right in the heart of shopping, dining and entertainment. Property was Clean, Well equipped kitchen cool A/C. We found an option for Beach service to be substantially cheaper at the public beach access at Inlet beach just slightly farther to east (All accessed by sidewalk) rather than pay the very high price during our peak time. Also a short walk, bike ride or free parking. Same beach just a few hundred yards to the East. We would definitely stay again as you have many options to chill right in the area you stayed in or go up and down 30 A to see all the different shopping food and entertainment. We also liked that there were church options as well since we were there 2 Sundays.

Lovely Corner Unit on Top Floor

This property was exactly what we needed. You get a gulf view from the balcony overlooking The Peddler where we enjoyed live music. It was perfect for our long weekend. Amazing!

My daughter and I came for Spring Break! Location was great for us as we didn’t rent a car and could walk everywhere! Unit was amazing with a view of the ocean from the balcony in the morning and the live music at night! Our flight arrived early and they allowed us an early check in which was great! Would definitely recommend!

Needed things fixed hot water heater was broken, mold on ceilings in bathroom and bedroom. Fish left in sink drain so it smelt really bad. Maintenance came and fixed it. Just inconvenience was having the water turned off 1 hour before heading out for dinner to celebrate my wife’s birthday. But paradise properties refunded us a night stay for the inconvenience. Other then that it was a perfect place to stay and close to everything

My family and I have stayed at this property for 4 years and absolutely love it. It’s spacious, updated decor and cleanliness are top notch. Convenient to great restaurants and shopping without getting in the car. We love to bike around. Look forward to staying here again next year.

Great visit!

First time staying in a condo at Seacrest...location was great but a long walk to the beach. I did not realize this condo was not an official part of the "Seacrest Neighborhood" so we did not have access to the tram or the amazing pool. Condo was the perfect space for our group, just wish the beach was more convenient!

Winter Break Getaway

My family and I have stayed at Flipside for 3 years in a row. It is an amazing condo with plenty of room and beautiful furnishings. It' apparent that the owners take pride in their beach home with lots of personal touches. We wouldn't consider staying anywhere else. Paradise Properties was great. I especially appreciated the call after we checked in to ask if we needed anything and also a call at the end of our stay to remind us of the things we needed to take care of at check out. This condo is in an great location which is a short stroll to the best restaurants and fun boutiques.

Nice Property. We enjoyed it. Probably more fun in season but the unit was clean and well appointed. The internet was slow to the point where watching Netflix or Prime was impossible due to buffering. It would fail 20-30 times in a 1hour show. Registered complaint with property manager and no solution was provided. Although rental is a block from beach visually as the listing says you can see the ocean you cannot get there easily. In season this would be a bigger problem. Parking in season would be a problem too. No code provided for pool keypad and gates were often locked. We enjoyed our off season stay none the less. Access to restaurants and live music was good. Very friendly people.

New Years retreat ...

The listing and reviews are accurate for this unit. Unit is centrally located between Seacrest and Rosemary Beach. The beach is an 8-10 minute walk and we would recommend walking a few minutes further to Inlet Beach which has less people. We didn't use the tram since it was low season and they only had a few running. Unit itself is clean and the pictures are pretty much what it is. No issues there. Parking was not an issue but I can see it being difficult in high season. Probably would park your car and leave it for the duration of stay. Note: one pool is heated that you have access to. So this is nice when visiting out of season.

Fall break

Property was as pictured and we enjoyed our stay very much. The tram to the beach was great but it’s just a short stroll and we did do both throughout the week. We’ve stayed in seacrest or Rosemary for the last 7 years or so and always enjoy the area.
