We’re conveniently located at the West end of Front Beach Road adjacent to Carillon Beach, a mere 10-minute ride to Pier Park, and a quick 5 minutes from beautiful 30-A. Publix, Winn Dixie, and CVS are easily within walking distance so you can pick up groceries, beverages, and beach accessories – just about anything you need to enjoy your home away from home. You can relax on the balconies to enjoy the sunsets, sights, and sounds. The only thing between you, the white sand beach, and the crystal-clear Gulf water is the pool area which offers grills, picnic tables, outdoor showers, and restrooms. Ramsgate Harbour #21 is where family fun and relaxation become second nature.
Perfect for families, our 5-star, 1,100 square foot, 2-level home offers 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths that sleeps 7 comfortably. You'll find the living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry area and a half bathroom on the main floor. One story up houses 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There are 2 balconies overlooking the Gulf, 1 is covered and the other is uncovered. All mattresses and sleeper sofa are new.

- Smoking of any kind or vaping is not permitted in the home, pool area, front and back balconies, clubhouse, grilling area, office, or under the building. If you smoke, please do so outside in the parking lot along Front Beach Road.
- No pets. We're sorry! As much as we love pets, our association does not allow guests to bring them. Thank you for following our community rules
- We do not provide beach towels. Please keep the white bathroom towels in the home
- This unit is not wheelchair accessible. 2 flights of stairs must be navigated to access the home’s main living area. There are no elevators at this property
- Bikes can be rented and delivered directly for you at your cost
