Welcome to Treasure Island Resort Condominium 2005, a luxurious upscale resort nestled along the pristine sugar-white shores of Panama City Beach's renowned Thomas Drive area. Our 2/2 condo is spacious and elegantly decorated throughout, providing you and your family with the perfect space to relax and unwind on your Panama City Beach vacation. Our beachfront condo is stocked with a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room, washer/dryer, private balcony and more. The living area has a Queen Sleeper sofa for additional sleeping. Beautifully appointed with trendy coastal furnishings, the perfect backdrop to retreat to, the Master bedroom has breathtaking Gulf view to enjoy from your King bed. A private bath has a stand alone shower and water closet. The second bedroom also has a King bed. The additional shared bath has a tub shower combo. The twin over twin bunks are perfect for little ones. Owner has put in brand new living room furniture in 2025.

Reserved parking for 1 space with additional parking, first come first serve. There is a fee for parking and pool bands due to the Resort upon arrival of $35. plus tax. This will allow you to park two vehicles.

Rental includes complimentary use of the beach chair rental setup (2 heavy wooden chairs with cushions and 1 umbrella), during your stay...Seasonally Mar 1 to Oct 31. In addition to the pool (heated seasonally!), there is a hot tub, exercise room, and propane & charcoal grills on the property for your use. This is a non-smoking resort; no pets allowed in this unit. You must be 25 years of age to rent.

The lagoon style swimming pool is heated during the winter months and large enough for the whole family to enjoy. We also offer Liza’s Cafe which has some of the best gourmet sandwiches and mixed drinks to satisfy our guest on the gulf coast! We have multiple shower stations that can be utilized before entering the pool and returning from the beach. Our spacious hot tub offers a great place to relax and enjoy the sounds of the Gulf of Mexico. Treasure Island Resort also offers 2 gazebos on our pool deck that can be used by guests during pool hours. The gazebos are first come, first serve, and may be used for birthday parties, wedding’s, picnics, and any other special events. Treasure Island also offers a newly renovated fitness center equipped with top of the line treadmills and weight stations. This area is opened 7 days a week from 8 am – 10 pm. For the chef in the family, we offer Weber natural gas grills located on the 3rd floor of the parking garage and charcoal grills located on the pool deck. The clearance of our parking garage is 7 ft. 6 in. and has a total of 6 levels. The 3rd – 6th levels of the parking garage offer direct access to our elevator lobbies. There are luggage carts located on each level of the parking garage along with handicap parking for our guests with mobility issues. For those who enjoy a scenic bike ride towards St. Andrews State Park, we offer bicycle racks on each floor of the parking garage to make your experience at Treasure Island Resort truly convenient.

Bay Point Golf Club: The Nicklaus Course at Bay Point Golf Club is the first and only Nicklaus Design in Northwest Florida, recognized for its premium conditioning and risk reward opportunities, The Nicklaus Course is set against the backdrop of St. Andrew’s Bay and a wildlife sanctuary. Panoramic vistas of the bay, marsh, and scenic wetlands span throughout the course as it stretches more than 7,000 yards. Proper golf attire required.
The “Shell Island Snorkel & Sail” is 3 hours of fun in the sun! First, you’ll cruise to the St. Andrews Bay where you will find the best spot based on conditions and clarity. The boat will anchor in approximately 2-3 feet of water where you can snorkel for seashells and glimpse into the underwater world, learn about local sea-life, or just relax and float while you take in the sun. Gulf World Marine Park. Gulf World features live shows of dolphins, sea lions, tropical birds, shark and sea turtle feeding and an underwater scuba demonstration. While you are there experience the indoor tropical garden with exhibits of penguins, flamingos, sharks, otters, alligators, sting rays, and iguanas.
