Spanning two levels, Sweet Coraline is sure to please the most discerning traveler. No detail was overlooked in the design and furnishing of this home. Sweet Coraline accommodates up to 17 lucky guests.

DETAILS:
Boasting 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, Sweet Coraline can accommodate up to 17 fortunate guests. A large open-concept floor plan spread across two levels allows for maximum enjoyment among all guests. The Great Room on Level 1 and opens to the pool area and offers plenty of room to spread out. The expansive kitchen is a chef’s dream, and with stainless appliances, quartz counter tops and massive island with Granite countertop so everyone will want to be in the kitchen preparing the daily feasts. The dining area offers plenty of seating to enjoy meals or gather around after a day in the sun. Also located on Level 1 is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The Outdoor Living Space and Pool Area will be the perfect hangout, with the focal point being the 31'x10' sparkling pool. It features a covered porch with a flat-screen TV. The spacious pool deck includes lounge chairs, perfect for catching some rays while sipping your favorite beverage. There is plenty of room to enjoy a game of cornhole or other yard games. The property features a natural gas grill to prepare your favorite steaks or fresh catch. The outdoor shower will be handy after spending the day at the beach.

Level 2: The open floor plan allows for maximum interaction while providing enough space to spread out. All 5 Bedrooms are located on this floor. The Primary Suite will feature a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, a large walk-in closet, and an additional closet and an oversize En suite bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower, quartz counter tops and double vanities. The balcony off the primary suite is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while watching the sunrise or relaxing in the evening with views of the gulf and the amazing sunsets Panama City Beach offers.

Bedroom 2 features a queen-size bed and flat-screen TV and shares a Jack-n-Jill bathroom with shower/tub combination, quartz counter tops and double vanities with Bedroom 3. Bedroom 3 features 2 sets of built-in twin bunk beds, one with a twin trundle. Bedroom 4 features a queen-size bed and flat-screen TV and shares a Jack-n-Jill bathroom room with a shower with Bedroom 5. Bedroom 5 features a built-in queen over King bunk and flat-screen TV. The laundry suite, featuring a full size washer and dryer, is also located on Level 2 of this amazing home.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

We were pleasantly surprised by this very well maintained and set up property! From the huge kitchen dining and great room, beautiful bedroom were nice size. Kitchen well stocked. outdoor shower by the pool was a very nice amenity. Excellent location with a very short walk to the beach. we’d happily stay here again.

This house was absolutely beautiful!!! Stayed here for a week with 9 other family members before school came back and we had an absolute blast. The pool was a huge hit with our babies and we were in it everyday and most nights! Perfect walk to the beach to!!

Overall we had a great time! Location is fantastic, kitchen is well stocked for everything we needed. The grill and the corn hole boards were nice. Also having the refrigerator in the garage was a plus for extra drinks. The house overall was not very clean or well inspected after the guest left before us. We found a bra in the bunk room on the trundle bed along with used fake fingernails, and clothing tags under the beds. The rug in the first room coming up the stairs has a black sticky spot on it along with being dirty in other spots. The pool had not been cleaned when we arrived as it had tags, hairballs and sand all it. Pool was supposed to be cleaned on Tuesday but no one showed til Friday to clean it. The neighborhood is in a great spot and very convenient to walk to the beach, stores and restaurants. The only downside is the dirt road right outside of the pool fence. We were woken up several nights around 2:30am when it had rained to trucks mudding and doing doughnuts.

INCREDIBLE HOUSE AND HOST!

We had the BEST stay at this VRBO. Andy was so welcoming, flexible with our needs, and went above and beyond the call of duty! The house is in perfect location, amazing condition, and has the perfect pool for young kids and adults. There’s a large section of the pool for tanning or in our case for our toddler to safely swim. We will come back again for sure and would HIGHLY recommend staying here!
