Sunbird Beach Resort is situated in the heart of Panama City Beach, right next door to the world-famous Pineapple Willy's Restaurant. This charming one-bedroom condo comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. Enjoy stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico coastline and watch the sunrise over St. Andrew's State Park.

The condo is fully updated with a modern kitchen that is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Start your day by enjoying morning coffee on the patio while listening to the soothing ocean waves. The bedroom features a king-size bed and ample storage space. The living room offers plenty of seating with a queen sleeper sofa and a smart TV with cable. The spacious bathroom includes a completely updated tile shower, accessible from both the living room and the bedroom. There is also a laundry room located on the first floor near the elevators.

You can relax by one of the three pools (one of which is heated) or enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches just steps away from the resort. Several restaurants are within walking distance, and Walmart is conveniently located across the street for grocery pickup or delivery.

We are ideally located on S Thomas Drive, about 8 miles from Pier Park to the west and less than 5 miles from St. Andrew's State Park to the east. At Pier Park, you can explore great restaurants, shopping options, and fishing on the pier. Meanwhile, St. Andrew's State Park offers beautiful scenery where you can camp, fish, take a shuttle to Shell Island, hike, or simply enjoy a peaceful walk.


Condo 802E is located on the 8th floor at Sunbird Beach Resort. The age requirement to rent this condo is 25. Registration fee on-site. ($30 parking pass $6 wristbands up to 4).
