LOCATION:

Located within the Inlet Heights neighborhood, this brand new beach home is the perfect gathering place for entertaining any group. The community pool is only 0.4 miles away and leads directly to the community's dock access to Lake Powell for paddle boarding, kayaking, and other water sports. On the south, the home is just 1/2 mile from the closest public beach access point (Phillips Inlet), and has a total of four beach access points with 1.5 miles. You will be in close proximity to boutique, upscale shopping/dining at 30Avenue but also just a short drive to familiar grocery stores and other entertainment at Pier Park. The home is only a 20-minute drive from Panama City Airport.

Down the hall you will find the second floor master bedroom which comes with a king bed, mounted smart TV, spacious en suite with walk-in shower and a walk-in closet.

The third floor is comprised of three bedrooms - A king room with a luxurious private en suite (bath and walk-in shower) and walk-in closet, a bunk room that sleeps up to eight people across four full beds, and a queen room with a full bathroom and closet. The third floor landing area also has a mini fridge and coffee station.

The fourth floor roof access is the perfect way to soak in the pristine views of the gulf, as well as the area's picture-perfect sunsets. The space boasts seating for six, as well as a large smart TV, drinks fridge, wet bar, and ice maker.

The home provides plenty of beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, beach games, a beach wagon, etc.) towels (including beach towels), fresh linens, a pack-n-play, cutlery, iron and ironing board, cooking utensils, and 2-car driveway. This home has a strict no-pet policy. Unauthorized occupancy of pets will result in immediate eviction and loss of all rents and deposits, and the guest will be responsible for any and all direct consequential damages.

Unless you have specifically arranged for an early arrival time, please do not arrive at the property before your scheduled check-in time.

Do not hang towels on porch/balcony railings. The HOA imposes fines on guests found to be doing so.

Quiet hours for this community are from 10PM to 8AM CT. Please be respectful of neighbors within the community. Persistent violations of noise ordinances may result in eviction.
