* Check-in is after 4:00PM (CST); Check-out is 10:00AM

* If you need an early check in, you will have to book the night before
* Note that the top twin bunks have a weight limitation of 150 lbs.
* No smoking/vaping inside the house
* Parking is for 2 vehicles only
* No RVs, boats, trailers, or large equipment is allowed to be parked without permission - contact us for details
* Do not park in the front yard
* No pets allowed on the premises
* No parties
* No fireworks
* No horseplay in the house or on the furniture
* We will charge for any damage to the property, house or furnishings
* PLEASE be respectful of the neighbors, and keep noise to a minimum between 10:00pm and 8:00am. We have wonderful, friendly neighbors and wish to maintain a great relationship.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire space. A separate/ different booking may be at the adjoining space (Sea Salt House 2) at the same time. This is a duplex. The backyard is large and potentially both parties could use it at the same time. Please respect each others privacy. respect each others privacy.
