All Sterling Breeze guests will need to registered for Parking Permit(s). The registration fee is $50 per vehicle and is mandatory and required by Condominium Association. This fee includes all amenities, pool armbands and parking pass(es). This fee is in addition to the booking. Only 2 parking passes allowed per unit. Details to obtain parking passes and armbands will be located on your Rental Agreement and Travel App after you book your reservation. Shopping carts are also reserved through the concierge and cost is $5 to get a token, which you will get back once you return the cart.

Sleeps 6! 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath - Primary King Bedroom on the Water! Bedroom 2 with Queen Bed + 2 Twins in Bunk Room. Exquisite interior spaces include an elegant King suite with sliding glass doors to large balcony, separate glass enclosed shower, double vanity, kitchen with granite countertops, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, and laundry with washer and dryer.
Amenities include a heated pool, hot tub, seasonal wine bar and café by the pool with great seating and multiple large TVs and a fire pit. A new ice machine was installed in the vending area at the pool. The machine is available 24 hours a day and accepts payment via credit or debit card. There is also a state of the art fitness center, with views of the beach while you work out.

Beautiful condo with amazing location

The condo looks exactly as the photos. Only negatives I noticed were the light under the microwave was burnt out and the fridge light was burnt out. But that’s literally it!!!! I would highly recommend this condo! Breathtaking views! I was confused thinking a grill was just on the resort property like other places I’ve stayed, but it was actually on the balcony which was a wonderful surprise! There is also an actual coffee pot in the unit as well. Not just a kuereg.

Stay was great! The condo was spacious and clean. The location was great. Loved the view! The master bedroom was beautiful. The only thing that made me not give it a 5 was the bunk room/beds. My kids are teens and traded, half the time, one in 2nd bedroom and one on bunk. They said the bunk room was kinda loud and the beds weren't that comfortable. Master bedroom bed was a 3/5 probably. I wasn't a big fan of the washer/dryer. All little things that weren't a big deal. But, I would definitely stay here again! The place was gorgeous and I really liked the beach chair service.

Nice condo right on the beach with amazing views!

Loved the condo and the location! Very beachy and comfortable. All dishes, glasses, pots/pans, small appliances were provided in kitchen needs. A bit disappointed that we had to purchase trash bags, dishwasher detergent, paper towels (1 roll provided), toilet paper (1 roll provided for each bath) but there were 6 of us and there was only one kitchen towel and washcloth. We expected to buy laundry detergent and softener as it was stated on the VRBO. Lost internet for 1 1/2 days and it happened to be raining those days so not much to do. But that isn't the condo's fault it was an AT&T issue. Will and Jill were for helpful and response time was great. I would recommend for a group of 4 - 6 looking for a nice condo on the beach.

The unit was updated. For the most part it was comfortable...the main bedroom mattress was too soft for my taste. The property manager worker with me to try to correct this. He also address a few other issues very quickly after I talked to him, which was very nice. The building was clean and very well maintained. Elevators were quick and efficient. It was nice having the option to have 2 lounge chairs in March.

Condo 1002 was great! High top table & seating on the balcony were perfect, we really enjoyed being on the balcony. Condo was equipped with everything we needed. Couch & master bed were comfy, nice linens and bathrooms were great! Would definitely recommend this place, clean & very well taken care of❤️!

The pics are not embellished at all. It is a really beautifully decorated condo and very spacious. We loved it. My only complaint is that you would hear random squeaking noises that could be loud at times, which i assume were feom the water pipes. But overall it is a fantastic place that i could see returning to.

We spent 10 days in this condo, the property manager was great, always answered back so quickly. The room was clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked, and the room was large plenty of room to move around and lots of comfy beds! The location was great and right on the beach. Will definitely be staying here again!

GREAT location if you want to be near Pier Park

LOVED the freshly renovated and beautifully appointed condo. It was super comfortable for us and of course it checked all the boxes as far as the ocean view, etc! Security around the pool was excellent---they made sure that only registered guests took up space around the busy pool area. I always appreciate that! Another huge plus---they had an onsite person I could call if we had any issues. She called the night before check-in to make sure we were ready to roll, and I've NEVER had that happen before. Thank you for that! The condo gets an amazing 5 stars. If you are needing some helpful hints: 1) We were here on 4th of July weekend and it was busy. The building is on the smaller side (which is a plus in my book), but that means only 2 elevators So if you are here during a busy time, be prepared to wait for elevators or do cardio before you get here for the stairs. 2) Our family of 4 (which included 2 teenagers) went through ALL the towels provided on a daily basis. So we were running the dryer constantly trying to keep the towels dry. It's so humid they wouldn't air dry overnight. Bring extras if that's a "thing" for you. But again, nothing worth dinging them over. Just stating a fact. 3) Again, I'll mention we were there on a busy weekend. Because the condo building itself is smaller than some of the others in the area, so is the pool area. Which, normally probably isn't much of a problem. But on busy weekends, just know it's not a big pool deck and there's not a TON of chairs. If you are wanting an amazing pool experience, check with one of the sister properties they manage.

50th Birthday/girls trip!

We loved everything about our stay at this property! The owner was very responsive and the description was exactly as stated. We were hesitant to book due to the reviews about the long wait times for an elevator, but we didn’t have any problems. We will definitely be back again!
