This condo includes 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, along with a sleeping nook, accommodating up to 10 guests. The master bedroom offers Gulf views to start your mornings, while the additional sleeping spaces work well for families or groups traveling together.

Inside, the open living area is designed for time spent together after beach days or evenings out at Pier Park. Large glass doors bring in natural light and connect the living space to the Gulf-facing balcony. The sofa pulls out to a full bed, offering added sleeping space without sacrificing comfort.

The dining area features a table for four and sits next to the island kitchen, which also includes four bar stools for extra seating. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, espresso machine, microwave, and a full-sized refrigerator with an ice maker, making both quick breakfasts and relaxed dinners easy to plan. The balcony also provides space to enjoy meals outdoors while taking in Gulf views and the coastal breeze.

Staying at Laketown Wharf means having access to a lively mix of on-site restaurants, a private boardwalk leading toward the beach, and the nightly fountain show that brings the complex to life after sunset. Laketown Wharf Parking Pass & Wristband Fee:
A one-time $100.41 fee, paid directly to the HOA via their online portal, is required. The link will be emailed after registration, which must include guest names, ages, and vehicle details. Parking passes are picked up at the front desk, and wristbands are in the unit. Leave all wristbands at checkout to avoid a $50 replacement fee each.

Panama City Beach:
You’re close to Pier Park, offering endless shopping, dining, and entertainment, plus beautiful state and community parks just minutes away. Pick up groceries and beverages at Publix or Winn-Dixie, and enjoy easy access to the 30A area for a fraction of the cost of staying in Rosemary, WaterColor, or Seaside. You’ll also have nearby access to the Pier for fantastic pier fishing with rental rods and bait available. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods
