On the ground floor, the inviting great room is airy and bright, with a unique white cypress ceiling and lots of lovely natural sunlight. There’s plenty of comfy seating around the large HDTV and french doors that lead outside to the lush private courtyard and swimming pool, where you’ll also find a gas grill and plenty of alfresco dining space.

The sleek, newly remodeled kitchen is wide open to the living area and features all new appliances (2023) like a Wolf gas range and vent hood with a pot filler set against an elegant and modern dove-gray tiled backsplash, a spacious refrigerator, a dishwasher, and an in-drawer microwave. Bright white cabinets are double-stacked to the ceiling and topped with gleaming Cambria Quartz countertops. The convenient center island with pop-up USB charging ports is illuminated by unique hand-blown raindrop fixtures and features casual seating for four. Nearby, the formal dining space has seating for eight more. The first of the six bedrooms is on this main level and features a king-size bed with a full bathroom that can be accessed from the hallway.

An elegant and exceptional spiral staircase takes you upstairs to the second level, where there are two more bedrooms. The primary bedroom suite features a sumptuous king-size bed, access to private deck space, and two ensuite bathrooms— one with a tub and one with a step-in shower. Another guest bedroom on this level also includes a king-size bed and an attached private bathroom.

You can continue up the stairway to the third level. There’s a welcoming landing space with bean bag chairs, two colorful guest bedrooms, and a full bathroom. One guest bedroom has three twin-size beds and a king-sized bed, while the other has three twin-size beds. This entire top floor is simply ideal for children of all ages.

The separate carriage house can be accessed through the courtyard and includes a living area with a queen-size sleeper sofa, a bedroom with a king-size bed, a small kitchenette, and a full bathroom. The carriage house also includes convenient garage parking for one vehicle and a Tesla charging station.

Serenity Now Cottage is just a short stroll away from the warm, turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. However, you may need help to leave the comfort of your tropical courtyard garden and serene swimming pool. When you get the urge to explore, six adult cruiser bikes are perfect for pedaling around the charming village for lunch, dinner, and shopping.
