Vacation begins now! 'Sweet Southern Charm' awaits you, a 5 bed, 5.5 bath home ideally located between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Take in the Florida sun and ocean breeze from one of the home's three spacious outdoor areas, each located on a different level. When you're ready to cool off, head to the pool (the largest on 30A!), complete with plenty of loungers, cabanas, and a snack bar. Next, head to the private beach via bike, foot, or the complimentary Seacrest tram.

- 4 complimentary bikes give you the ability to cruise around! Options are endless – you can take The Timpoochee Trail all the way down 30A, or cruise into Alys for coffee and breakfast at Fonville Press, or head to Rosemary for Acai bowls or shopping and dining. It's the best way to get around 30A!
- Private beach access: Seacrest community offers a private beach tram (March – October) that will take you directly to the beach. It runs daily and there are multiple pick-up spots throughout the neighborhood. You'll also have direct access to Seacrest Beach boardwalk if you'd rather walk instead of ride! It's right at the entrance to the neighborhood – quick 2 min walk.
- Resort Pool: You'll have access to the Seacrest Lagoon pool, the largest on 30A. Loungers, cabanas, and snack bar all included.
- Large open floor plan with an abundance of natural light
- En suites in all four King bedrooms
- Extra-large open kitchen with brand-new appliances. The chef in your group will appreciate the kitchen island and abundance of counter space; plus 4 additional spaces at the island to chill and unwind after a long beach day.
- Vacation mode runs on coffee! We have a Keurig available and provide complimentary coffee pods.
- 3rd floor Lounge – features a second lounge living space with couch and chairs, an arcade game, plus a wet bar.

- Parking: There is space for 2 vehicles. Street parking is also available but limited.
- The word is out! 30A is one of Florida's best vacation spots. Unfortunately, more visitors means less parking options. Additional parking spaces are the responsibility of the renter. We recommend looking into nearby storage facilities who offer long term parking options in their lots.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding on this.
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.

The Perfect Place!

This vacation home was everything we wanted and more! The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s super clean, like the cleanest place we have ever stayed at! The location couldn’t be better! Walking distance to shops, restaurants, bar, brewery, music, bikes, beach, and a small convenient store that literally has almost everything a regular grocery store has in stock. By the way, when I say walking distance, I mean like 1 min walk. It’s super close! The pool is absolutely beautiful! The neighborhood is so nice and safe! We never felt unsafe. We would enjoy the porch especially with the amazing weather we had in December. The home is stock with all the things needed to make a meal in using a great BBQ in the back. There is a lot of beach toys and bikes to ride around the area. The towels were the softest I have ever had a a vacation home! All the beds and sofas were the best! The home smelled amazing and so clean! We were there for 5 days and we were so sad to leave! We are ready to book out next stay here! The hosts was beyond amazing!!!! Quick to respond with any questions we had! Don’t look elsewhere, this is the perfect place!

Stay in Seacrest

What an amazing stay! The home was beautiful, spacious, and clean, and the hosts were so helpful with info and communication! The location is also stellar, as it is steps from shops, restaurants, and coffee. The beach entrance is a very short walk away, but there’s also a tram stop just a house or two down. We hope to stay again!

Perfection

This is a dream vacation home: well appointed, excellent layout for families and friends, and perfectly positioned between the pool, beach, and Peddler's Square. Communication with the owners was on point, quick, and clear. Plentiful towels, beach accessories, kitchen ware, and bikes. We loved it and can't wait to come back!
