Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit. Guests will not be allowed on property if there is not someone 25 or older with them at the time of their arrival.

The newly renovated luxurious condo has an elegant beach theme throughout with beautiful furnishings, tile as well as hardwood floors throughout, new stainless steel kitchen appliances, new kitchen cabinets, granite and marble counter tops, wine refrigerator, and large comfortable rooms. We have a highchair as well as a pack-and-play in the unit for guest use. Please bring your own sheet for the pack-and-play, as we do not provide them.

Prepare meals in the spacious kitchen with plenty of newly renovated cabinets, granite counter tops, new stainless-steel appliances, with seating for 4-5 people at the counter, with all amenities ranging from a 6-bottle wine cooler and blender to top-end cutlery and flatware. Enjoy your meals while sitting in the comfortable dining room that seats 6 people with open views of the family room, kitchen, and the beautiful Gulf.
For your convenience, the Condo comes with a large utility room equipped with a large new capacity washer and dryer and many other conveniences.
Access the large balcony with comfortable seating for 4 from both the family room and the master bedroom and enjoy your morning coffee and your evening drinks while taking in the spectacular view of the emerald-green Gulf.
Enjoy a private garage storage area located on the bottom floor conveniently adjacent entry to the beach. We are garage #10 located on the east end of the condo.
Lastly, for your enjoyment, children's pool/beach toys and beach cooler are provided in a Garage/Storage area conveniently located adjacent to the beach access. Also, we have provided 2 high quality beach chairs, a large umbrella, and a beach transport cart. Our guests thoroughly enjoy these chairs and umbrella as it allows them to get onto the beach early to secure the ideal lounging area and stay late to watch the beautiful gulf sunsets.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise). During the month of March guests are not permitted to bring visitors on property.

Prior to the guestâs arrival, the Service Vendor will have picked up the groceries, delivered and stocked in the Condoâs refrigerator, pantry, cabinets, as appropriate.
