Welcome to Sandy Feet Retreat!

A beautiful vacation home that would be perfect for your next family vacation!

This spacious 4 bedroom + bunk room, 3.5 bath home will comfortably sleep 12.

Great location!! Walk to the beach in minutes!

*There are TWO master bedrooms - one downstairs and one upstairs - both with a king bed and en suite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms upstairs with queen beds, and a bunk room with four twin XL beds.

*A fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need to prepare meals at home.

*WiFi and smart TV’s for streaming your favorite shows!

*Great outdoor space! Fenced in backyard, covered porch with dining table, private pool with sun shelf, outdoor shower, lounging chairs and gas grill. (Pool can be heated for additional charge during winter months.) Outside storage container has several beach chairs and beach toys for our guest to use. There is also a heavy duty cart for carrying all your gear to the beach!

Rental includes beach service:
2 Umbrellas & 4 chairs set up for you daily at beach access #16 (March 15-October 15)

*Parking right outside your front door! Driveway will accommodate up to 6 smaller vehicles.

*Full size washer and dryer.
*Towels, linens and beach towels provided.
*Two separate AC units - one for each level.

Several restaurants are near by that you can walk to!
15 minutes from Frank Brown Sports Complex and Aaron Bessant Park at Pier Park. Uber and Lyft are available in Panama City Beach.
Walmart and Publix's supermarkets are only a 5 minute drive from your vacation paradise AND they DELIVER to your door.

*Renters MUST be 25 years of age

*NO pets

*NO smoking inside property

*NO parties/events/large gatherings allowed

*Property has a Ring Doorbell system with video/audio and is located by the front door.

*This is a self catering property but we do provide starter items for our guest: 2 rolls toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll paper towels, several garbage bags, travel size shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, 2 dish tabs and sponge, 2 Gain flings, 2 dryer sheets, Liquid dish soap and hands-soap. We also keep several spices and oils in the cabinet including salt and pepper for our guest to use.

*Highchair, Pack-n-Play and booster seat available for use during stay.

**Pool can be heated for a fee of $25 per day of stay or $150 for weekly stays. For stays longer than 7 days, ask about a flat rate.

This property and its owners were out of this world! I have a large family and this was by far the best and most comfortable place we have stayed yet! Kristy was wonderful and very accommodating. Super clean and so close to the beach. Pool was perfect and everything that we could have needed was there and ready for us!

Wonderful house! Very clean, great location to the beach. Easy text communication with beach service for chairs & umbrellas. It would be nice to add televisons to the guest bedrooms for children to watch at bedtime. We would definitely rent this property again!

Family vacation from Ohio

Sandy Feet Retreat met all our expectations. Kristy is a great host & responds to questions in a timely manner. We had 8 adults & 4 young children. House is kept very clean, and I am a neat freak!! We would go to the beach in the morning & then relax by the pool in the afternoon. My 6 year old grandson said he loved this place. The pool is very toddler friendly with the tanning ledge on and has an alarm on the pool/patio door. Excellent family vacation was enjoyed by all! Thank you, Kristy!!

I would recommend this house to anyone. They have everything you need and more. The chair service on the beach was wonderful. The walk to the beach was short. The kids loved the pool. We worked puzzles and played games.... All provided by the host. We absolutely loved our stay.

Great House in PCB!

Had to get a house this year just because we needed more space and we absolutely LOVED this property. The hosts were so helpful, and responded to all messages and questions right away. The pool was such an amazing part of the property, and we really loved the short walk to the beach. The house was super clean and looked just like the photos. We hope to stay here again! It was absolutely perfect for a large family. Thank you Kristy and Jason for such a wonderful stay!

Absolutely Amazing!!!

There’s no words to describe this house! It is perfect and in a perfect location. It is only a 3 min walk to the beach and the house provides a beach wagon, toys, chairs, and towels to take with you. The house itself has everything you need and the attention to detail with everything was phenomenal! Getting ahold of the host was extremely easy and she always responded back within minutes. My family and I were already looking at the next time we could book another vacation here before our current trip was even over with! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Perfect!

Family trip to Sand Feet and couldn’t have asked for a better all around experience! The host “Kristy” was the best….super helpful and quick to respond to my questions! The house was super clean and had everything we needed. The pool and pool area were amazing and we were closer to the beach access than expected. This was by far one of the best properties that we’ve been to on vacation and will definitely pick this one again for any future trips to Panama!

10/10 recommend!!! The place was beautiful! Perfect for our family! We had 5 adults and 5 teens! It was perfect!!! Everything described is exactly what we got! Having our own pool was a big hit!! Host was amazing! We had one small issues (fish smell in the fridge) we let her know but said we would clean it, within 5 minutes she was knocking on the door herself and cleaned it!!! Highly recommended this beautiful place for your vacation!

The owners were beyond accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. We had three families stay and each family said this was the best beach house and had everything and anything you would need. The two minute walk to the beach was perfect as was the location. Would book again without a doubt!

Perfect Beach Stay

We had 9 in our party and this house was the perfect size for our family. We had 3 adult couples, one single adult and two kids. We absolutely loved everything about the property! The house was immaculate! The back patio and pool were great! Just a few minute walk to the beach. The hosts were vey responsive as well. We couldn't come up with one single complaint during our week long stay. I would very highly recommend this property and we will certainly be booking again for our next beach vacation!

Exactly as advertised and clean!

Our first time renting in PCB. What a great experience. They aren’t kidding when they tell you your close to the beach. Literally mins walk away. House located in a cluster of equally nice homes on same street/block. Owner was easily accessible and available, appreciated her quick response. Will definitely stay here again❤️

Sandy Retreat is exactly right!

Our stay at Sandy Retreat was awesome. The house comes equipped with so much to make your stay comfortable - fully equipped kitchen, beach towels, beach chairs, washer/dryer, bath towels, board games, etc. Our family loved the location and how close it was to the beach… a 5 min walk! The inside of the house is beautifully decorated and the outside was the perfect outdoor space with the pool. Definitely would stay at Sandy Retreat again.

Clean, Safe, Convenient and Accommodating !!!

My Family (11 total 6 adults 5 kids ages 5-17) and I spent the week of the fourth (July) at this property and had a great time. I was impressed with how clean the property was when we checked in. The 3 1/2 bath and five bedrooms was plenty of space for all of us. The neighborhood seemed to be very safe, all connecting properties were newer construction. It was very convenient just a short walk to the beach (couple 100 meters) and a short drive to several businesses in the area. The owner was very accommodating during our stay and was very quick to address any maintenance concerns (within minutes!!!). The pool, patio and grill area was the right size for the adults to cook outside relax on the patio and around the pool while the kids splash around in the pool to their content. We highly recommend this property!!!

Perfect Summer Vacation House

If your looking for a quieter area that’s not right in the middle of PCB this is it. It’s still close to things but just far enough away to avoid that crazy traffic. If you do want to head to the busy part of PCB it’s not that far away at all. With 3 kids under the age of 12 this house was perfect for us. The house was excellent, communication with the owner was excellent- response time was within minutes, house was clean, close to the beach and great pool. We had a great time and will definitely recommend this house.
