Fill your relaxing vacation stay with color and life. This vibrant 4 bed / 3 bath reverse floor plan is your perfect vacation get away. With an exquisite first floor entrance, you will delight at the breathtaking mural in the grand hallway. The mural is a one of a kind creation superimposing Rosemary Beach’s main street town center on the hallway walls. Painted by one of HGTV’s Modern Masters, Skip Dyrda, this mural depicts a lazy beach afternoon on Main Street with vacationers enjoying local activities.

The first floor has three bedrooms, two baths, and a laundry closet area. The KING main bed/bath suite offers a truly elegant experience with beautiful antiques, a king bed, and a flat screen TV. The master bath offers a scrumptious experience, with marble counters, a Jetted soaking tub, and enormous walk-in standing shower. The first floor also has two other bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with two twin beds; both are filled with wonderful color and character and share a spacious bathroom, with two sinks and a shower tub.

As you go upstairs, you will be greeted by a spacious floor plan amenable to family and social gatherings. The kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking pleasures with stainless steel appliances; including a double oven with convection capability, side by side refrigerator, two built-in dishwashers, and a stand-alone ice-maker to stock your ice-chest on your beach-going adventures. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating and a flat screen HD TV with an internet-connected DVD/Blue-Ray player. Also, you’ll find the fourth bedroom with a large screen LCD TV, internet-connected Blu-Ray player, xBox gaming system and unique, corner unit with 3 twin beds. Bring your preferred games and if desired, ID/passwords for Hulu, Netflix, etc online content via Blu-Ray devices. Both the living area and fourth bedroom share an attached bathroom with a pedestal sink and spacious walk-in standing shower.

We have a standard coffee pot and Keurig Machine, bring your favorite K-cups or fresh grounds!

When you are ready to really relax, step out onto the porch veranda with your glass of wine (or beverage of choice) and enjoy your overlooking view of the children’s playground and listen to the ocean waves just 500 feet away. The adjacent porch to the veranda features a fully screened-in area for your entertaining pleasures and 2 newly added hammock swings. If you desire a quiet, secluded area just step into the back courtyard where you can soak in the warm Florida sun and lush, green foliage that will surround you.
