Awesome location

Location was great. Place was very clean. Only two minor issues. We had trouble entering the main gate to get in. For future visitors… turn the handle and push in!!!! It took three of us to figure this out! Second issue was the toilet seat handle broke on the first day. Location is superb and would definitely stay in this carriage house again.Lisa

Great little get away.

We enjoyed the carriage house and it fit our needs. The location was perfect, and everything in the house was very nice. Only comment is that the online images don't make it very clear that the only bathroom is not attached to the Master, the Master is on the 2nd floor, and to get to the bathroom you have to walk through the small area that holds the single kids bed, which makes night time bathroom breaks a little more challenging if you have kids sleeping there and you're on the 2nd floor...not a huge problem, but something to be aware of as you consider sleeping arrangements if you have more than just a couple using the space.

Great Location

Beautiful, clean Carriage House; we were able to check in early without requesting. Great location in Rosemary Beach easy access to beaches, pools, restaurants and stores. Great Farmers market in town on Sunday! The use of 2 bicycles was included with the rental, very close to 30A bike trail, a fun and scenic bike ride. A very relaxing vacation at a beautiful home!

Lovely place

Listing was exactly what we showed up to. The cottage was decorated nicely. The location was great and we loved being close to the pool after a long day at the beach. We were within walking distance from everything. The only thing that was missing was somewhere to hang our clothes since there are no closets. A garment rack upstairs would’ve been nice to have, otherwise everything was great! We would definitely stay here again!

Fall Break Getaway

We have nothing but positive things to say about the property and property manager. Everything was in great condition and location was amazing. We had the best time riding bikes and enjoying all that Rosemary and 30A have to offer.

Beautiful Carriage House

This carriage house is gorgeous, from the decor to the bedding to the appliances. Everything one needs for a quick getaway. Location is perfect, within a few mins walk to restaurants, shops and the beach. Communication with the property manager was top-notch too. We had no issues. Everything was exactly as advertised. Appreciated having 2 bikes ready and waiting for us too. We will definitely be back!

Peaceful neighborhood

Loved our stay,.neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. Home has lots of room for its size. Kitchen is well stocked with cookware. Appliances are up to date and work great. Bed upstairs is heaven, it us so comfortable, we had great nights rest here. Some of the planning that went into the construction of the home left me confused however. No toilet or sink upstairs with the master bedroom was bothersome. The main gate to the home is partially blocked by the power companies meter (i guess) we were constantly tripping over it. Inside the gate is a pvc cleanout that sticks up and you also will trip over it. My biggest complaint however and something that can be fixed is the hotwater in the shower. Hot for 1 minute and ice cold for 2 minutes. The doorlock has a lockbox screwed to the post that a key hides in, which is an outdated practice, the doorknobs with codes is so much easier. But we still loved our stay and would stay there again and enjoyed this property.

Perfect little carriage house!

This property was perfect for our family of three! Very clean and had all necessities for our stay! The only drawback was the fact you had to get up and go downstairs in the middle of the night to use the bathroom...I didn't even think about it but it was a little annoying but not a deal breaker by far. Bikes included with the property were so convenient, we took them everywhere! Thought from the map (we were Rosemary first timers) that this place was going to be far from the beach but we rode bikes and carried our bags on our bikes and it was just a short 2 minute ride. No problem at all! Loved this community! Can't wait to return next year! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Spring Break Cottage House

Overall, we enjoyed the property. The kitchen actually had everything we needed unlike other places we've stayed. It worked well with our teens because everyone had a space. We would definitely recommend if you want to be close to the square.

Small but Luxurious

This cottage was wonderful and in the best location. The renovation is amazing. You can stand in the kitchen and see out to the back balcony. Beds are super comfy, quality linens full size washer and dryer. It even comes with brand new bikes. The only comment that can’t be changed is the bathroom is behind the door to the twin bed. Cottage is perfect for a couple but one is waking up the person in the twin bed when using the bathroom for showers, etc. There is not a closet or any hanging rods but we were only there for four days so it was ok. The pictures show hooks and hangers on the wall in the upstairs loft but those are gone. The loft is nice and quiet as there is a curved staircase to get to it - blocks out all the noise from below. We had our teenage son with us. If we go back as a couple, we would definitely rent again. Rosemary Uncorked comes to mind.

Rosemary getaway…

Very nice place. Property manager/owner (whomever we communicated with) could have been more friendly. The check-in and check-out times were listed incorrectly on the listing and we made plans plans according to that and they didn’t honor them, no biggie, just a little frustrating. How to “get in the place” very unclear, we just had to “figure” it out. But overall, a great place and we had a wonderful time in Rosemary Beach and we would love to come again.

Everything was wonderful with the property! It was clean, updated and a great location! The only thing is that it would be wonderful to have TWO passes for the beach, pool, etc. if the parents wanted to go to the beach and the kids (teenagers) wanted to go to the pool at the same time, you’re kinda stuck

Pleasant, picky details

Cons: 1. Confusing how to enter property as the entrance blended into fence behind short utility box so thought it was just a fence not a door 2. No parking passes and activity card not clearly presented, one dated 2018-19 was laid on top 3. Sofa arms were wobbly and sofa was low to ground 4. Front door was difficult to lock 5. No soap for washing machine 6. As with all carriage houses - many steps Pros: 1. Lovely property-really adorable 2. Sleeps 5 very easily 3. Comfortable king bed 4. Nice bathroom 5. Management company very responsive - immediately answers phone, arrived promptly with parking passes, courteously answers all questions- could not be nicer to work with 6. Thought location was great ! Just north of Amavida coffee shop and across the street from the pool! Could NOT be nicer. 7. Did not get to use but had bicycles, and children’s scooters.
