Guests will have access to the entire property and community pool.

Your comfort and enjoyment are our highest priority. To ensure that every guest enjoys the same 5-star experience, we kindly ask that you review and follow these house rules:

General Conduct
• Treat the property with care and respect at all times.
• No pets are permitted at this property.
• No smoking or vaping is allowed in or around the home.
• No parties or events are permitted.
• Be respectful of neighbors and observe Walton County quiet hours from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.

Golf Cart Use
• A signed waiver, proof of insurance, and copies of a driver’s license are required for golf cart use.
• Please charge the golf cart with the provided cable after each use.
• Store the golf cart in the garage overnight or during inclement weather.

Trash & Cleanliness
• Please do not leave trash outside of the provided receptacle.
• Take trash cans to the curb on scheduled pickup days. Ensure the lid is closed, facing the street, and unobstructed so the county can collect.
• Do not hang towels or clothing from balconies.
• Do not bring beach equipment into the house—please store items in the garage.
• Remove shoes before entering to help keep sand outdoors.

Parking & Community Spaces
• No street parking is permitted. Please use the driveway only.
• There may be construction in the neighborhood; please prepare accordingly.
• The community pool is available for your enjoyment. Please be courteous and respectful of others when using it.

Emergencies & Damages
• If damage occurs, please notify us immediately so we can address it quickly.
• In the case of emergencies, please call the appropriate authorities first, then contact us.
