Welcome to Sunnyside Bungalow, a charming beach retreat just two blocks from the sugar-white sands of Panama City Beach.
Sunnyside Bungalow, a cozy guest house, offers a private bedroom, a full bath with shower, a bunk area with two sets of bunks, and a convenient full kitchenette, making it perfect for snowbirds or single travelers looking for an affordable winter accommodation.
Step outside and enjoy the pool or unwind in the covered outdoor living area, perfect for dining, grilling, and soaking up the coastal breeze.
You’re less than 10 minutes from Pier Park, where you can enjoy premier shopping, dining, and entertainment. Or drive 5 minutes the other direction and visit Scenic 30A.
INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Florida Panhandle Property Management furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, bathroom has starter amenities shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. Toilet paper & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided, as well as beach towels and black makeup washcloths.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION IN ORDER TO ENJOY YOUR STAY
This bungalow sleeps up to 6 people.
NO smoking (cigarettes, marijuana, cigars) or vaping allowed inside, and we ask that you use caution when smoking on pool chairs to not put burn holes in them.
Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am.
Pet Friendly - up to 1 pet allowed. Non-refundable pet fee applies.
Primary renter must be 25 years of age and remain on property for the duration of the stay. In accordance with Florida State Statute 509.41, reservations made under false pretense are null and void, and check-in will not be allowed, or guests will be asked to vacate the residence without refund.
Quiet time hours & disturbances: Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 10:00 AM. Be mindful of neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum at all times.
Please be advised that while we do offer free Wi-Fi, service in the area can be spotty regardless of provider. Should you require stable internet service for work or pleasure; please bring an ethernet cord to plug into the router or bring access to a hotspot with you. Limited tech support. No refunds for any interruption in Wi-Fi or Cable television service during your stay, NO exceptions.
Signature of Rental Agreement by Primary Renter required.
No parties or unregistered guests.
Lack of adherence to any of the above will result in immediate eviction and no refunds of any kind.
Neither Owners nor Management are responsible for accidents or injuries.
