Dive into your own private screened-in pool complete with ample seating and a gas grill, perfect for poolside lounging or game-day viewing. Practice your short game on the private putting green or kick back in the first-floor game room packed with fun for all ages.
Whip up delicious meals in the open kitchen, then gather on the large front porch or retreat to the second-floor covered balcony for sunset cocktails and breezy conversations. With private deeded beach access, six adult bikes, and a 6-seater golf cart, you're just minutes from the sand, scenic 30A trails, and everything Seacrest has to offer.
Whether you’re here to play, relax, or explore Pearly White is your dream beach escape, wrapped in style and soaked in sunshine.

BEACH ACCESS
1. White's Gulfview- Private Beach Access at the end of Clareon Dr across Hwy 30A. Gate code found in Welcome Guide. Golf cart parking is available.
2. Seacrest Drive Access is on Scenic 30A at the intersection of Seacrest Drive, just a 3 minute bike ride from the home. A short boardwalk leads to a dune walkover high atop a bluff overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Bike parking is available at the access.
3. Gulf Lakes Access is a South Walton County beach access (.9 mile west of the home). Small access that can be easily missed. Access is an easy bike ride from the home. Halfway down the boardwalk there is a bike rack and shower but no car parking. The dune walkover sits on a high bluff overlooking the gulf.

Included is a 6 seater golf cart and 6 bicycles for your convenience. To drive golf cart, you must be: 25 years old, sign a liability waiver, and have valid insurance and drivers license. Golf Cart is included as an amenity, at no additional cost.
SEACREST COMMUNITY HIGHLIGHTS:
Seacrest is casually upscale, making it easy for guests to find endless relaxation. Turn off your phone and forget about your emails as you explore all that Seacrest has to offer. The area s legendary sugar-white sand and turquoise water are only part of what makes Seacrest a true getaway. Grab a bite to eat and a cup of coffee at Seacrest Sundries, the local grocery store, before spending the day wandering through Seacrest s shops and riding bikes along the Timpoochee Trail.

*Must be 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian that is staying on premises.
*No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited including back porch/deck. Additional cleaning charges of $500 will be charged if in violation.
*Capacity for 4 vehicles in the driveway. No street parking allowed.
*Towels and other clothing may not be hung from balcony railings.
*No parties or events.
*During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues no wifi, or slow wifi.
*Space must remain pet free!
IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement, as well as provide a valid ID that matches with the name of the person that made the reservation which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver s license and 2) a selfie.
