Welcome to your "home away from home" at the Oceanfront Oasis at Pinnacle Port. This unit is new to the rental market, and located in the Mid-Rise Building B2.
Oceanfront Oasis is a newly renovated three-bedroom, three-bathroom (all ensuites!) located on the 6th floor of the B2 Midrise building at Pinnacle Port. With easy access to the elevator (which are brand new!), you will never have to climb up the stairs.
Upon arrival, you will enter the unit via a simple keypad on the front door. The kitchen is freshly remodeled and features all stainless-steel appliances. The A/C unit was completely replaced in July of 2025. This area is also where the laundry closet is located. The dining table boasts seating for 6, as well as two seats at the bar area just nearby.
The living room has panoramic views of the gulf. There is a Smart TV with streaming abilities, as well as free Wifi internet.
Right off of the living room is the gulf front master suite which is thoughtfully appointed with shiplap ceilings, custom cabinetry, and stunning views of emerald blue water. It features a king bed, complete with overhead reading lights. The master bathroom includes a double vanity, and a walk-in shower. A Smart TV is included in the suite as well.
The second guest suite is quite unique. This room boasts a Queen bed, which also features overhead reading lamps and custom shelving. Built around this bed, is custom cabinetry as well as two separate twin beds running horizontally above. These twin beds are accessible by easily removable ladders. This room also has a built-in desk and a smart TV. The ensuite bathroom features a vanity and a shower-tub combo.
The third guest suite is home to a Queen bed. It is surrounded by custom cabinetry, as well as a built-in oscillating fan, reading light, and a Smart TV. The ensuite bathroom has a vanity, toilet, and a custom walk-in shower.
The shining star of this unit is the wraparound beachfront balcony. Enjoy your coffee in the morning while listening to the waves and getting lost in the views. There are three floor to ceiling sliding doors that offer phenomenal views of the gulf.
Pinnacle Port is located in the secluded Carillon Beach community, complete with a 24-hour gated entrance. It is located between Camp Helen State Park and the Carillon Beach private home community, and on the Northside of the property is Lake Powell. We are just 2.5 miles away from scenic Highway 30A beach towns, The Hub, Seaside, and only a few miles away from the heart of PCB and Pier Park. The community is walking and biking friendly within the gated area.
Pinnacle Port amenities include a large indoor/outdoor heated pool, a second outdoor pool, a picnic pavilion with grills and picnic tables, four top-of-the-line tennis courts, pickle ball courts, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe courts, a bocce ball court, a children's playground, vending machines, men's and women's saunas, and beach lounger and umbrella rentals. The Cafe near the large pool offers food and drinks during peak season. You can also bring your boats or jet skis to use on the 600+ acre lake, with boat docks available. Fishing is also permitted with a temporary Florida fishing license. Beach chair and umbrella rentals are available in the prime season from Burke's Beach Service. We provide secure keyless entry, so there's no need to pick up keys or worry about losing them. If you have a large party, we can accommodate you with our friends' fully updated condos at Pinnacle Port Resort.

We had a delightful week of weather and accommodations.
We would highly recommend staying at this Oceanfront Oasis. Pinnacle Port has become a favorite go-to. While our first time in this unit, we would definitely love to return. The well-accommodated three bedroom and three bath unit perfectly met our needs. The view can’t be beat. LOVE the corner unit. And the owner was communicative and helpful as needed. Excellent Choice
Oceanfront Oasis at Pinnacle Port was excellent. The condominium, having been recently remodeled, was perfect for our family. We had everything we needed. The views from the balcony were stunning and access to the beach was really close. The location was easy to find, the drive from the airport was short, and there were very good dining options not far away. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Great place to stay!!
We had an amazing stay at this beautiful oceanfront property! The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning — I loved being able to sit outside and listen to the waves. The fact that it’s right on the beach made it even better, as we could walk straight out to the sand anytime we wanted. The 3-bedroom, 3-bath layout was perfect for our group, giving everyone plenty of space and privacy. Being in a gated community also gave us a great sense of security and peace of mind. Overall, it was the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and breathtaking views. I can’t wait to come back!

Five Stars All Around – Perfect Stay at Pinnacle Port!
We booked this condo at the very last minute, and the hosts couldn't have been more accommodating. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and stress-free — which is exactly what you want when you're heading to the beach!
The space was absolutely perfect for our family. It was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of room for cooking, dining, and relaxing together. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed — we didn’t have to run out and buy a single thing. All the amenities felt updated and thoughtfully chosen, and the washer and dryer were a huge bonus during our stay.
The location was unbeatable — just steps from the beach! Getting to and from the condo, both from the parking area and the beach itself, was super easy and convenient. The kids had an absolute blast, and so did we. It truly felt like a home away from home. Oh, and I loved how close it was to downtown Rosemary Beach as well!
We highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a laid-back, well-equipped, and perfectly located place to stay in Panama City Beach. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Exactly as pictured! Extremely Clean!
My family and I stayed in this unit last week June 21-26 2025. I am a scavenger hunter when it comes to booking condos, we do not like a dirty condo, i want to know about who manages, the cleaning companies, literally read every review from every site i can. We have had awful situations in the past where we were double booked and had to find our own place to stay last min and stuck in our vehicles for hours, just nightmares. So needless to say when this one had ZERO reviews i was a little skeptical. This condo was newly remodeled and bought by Morgan and her family and just placed on the rental market which is why there were no reviews. After talking with her a bit, she answered all my questions which reassured me this was the rental we wanted. Once we arrived at the facility. First, it is in a private gated community with security 24/7 which is fantastic. It is located in the 3rd mid rise condo from the main condo, with the main pool. We never had an issue finding parking right outside our condo. The elevator was never once packed. Never had to wait that long to ride. The elevator went down the night we got there, and the maintenance had it fixed by the next day. The condo is exactly how the pictures look except there was some extra seating in the living room which was fantastic! The balcony wraps so you can see the ocean from either side. This condo was a little smaller than what we typically stay in but we also usually stay in a 2 bedroom and this was a 3 bedroom with 3 full baths so everyone had there own room and bathroom. There are custom built-ins in each room which gave this condo SO much storage space. Very nice. The absolute only problem we had the entire time was the A/C. It was pretty hot when we arrived and we turned the AC unit down and it was just never able to catch up. I let Morgan know about this the next day when we had it set to 72 and it was up to 75. She got back with me so quick and apologized and got with maintenance the man was there to look at the ac unit and let her know what it needed. Unfortunately it was not something that could be replaced while we were in it. We arrived back to the unit after being at the beach and she had someone deliver iced chiller fans to our door to use in each room! Which was so incredibly thoughtful! There were also so many fans in this unit if you like sleeping with fans like we do you will find one everywhere you turn!
Morgan also let me know after we checked out that they had a whole new A/C unit on order to be installed and apologized that it was so hot for us. So I have no doubt if you decide to stay in this unit, it will be fantastic and the owners are great. So if you were worried that there weren’t many reviews don’t be. You and your family will have a great time here!
