Ocean Villa is conveniently located in the heart of 27 miles of pristine white sandy beaches. Nothing creates more cherished memories than the perfect atmosphere, and we are committed to delivering that for you! Escape to a delightful piece of paradise, expertly and tastefully furnished with captivating style and quality.

"Dream Weaver" at Ocean Villa is beautifully decorated in a Bohemian style and comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. It features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary amenities, including an oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, and Keurig. During your stay in this condo, you will experience a bohemian ambiance throughout, with a Queen sofa sleeper in the living area, TVs in every room featuring cable, a laundry room with a full washer and dryer, and the highest quality mattresses available in the bedrooms (King in the master and King in the guest room). Enjoy meals with your family and friends at the dining table that seats 6, along with 4 barstools at the kitchen bar. Our condo also offers FREE Wi-Fi and broadband.

Our private balcony boasts a stunning 180° view, providing some of the most spectacular sights on the beach. You can see Pineapple Willy's to the left and the city pier to the right, along with the beautiful emerald coastline. The balcony is furnished with an outdoor dining table that seats 6, making it the ideal spot to enjoy breakfast, lunch, and drinks while taking in breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. Additionally, the balcony features two rocking chairs and a chaise lounge. You won’t be disappointed by this balcony and its views.

Guests can enjoy a variety of amenities, including an indoor pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, steam room, fitness center with a sauna, and, of course, a private beach!

Condo 701 is located on the 7th floor at Ocean Villa. The age requirement to rent this condo is 25.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Stunning view!

We had a great time during our late spring break trip. Beach was not crowded and weather was perfect. The view from the balcony is truly stunning--it's huge and we loved having the option to eat meals outside too. Check-in was a breeze and we Farah checked in multiple times prior to make sure we had all the codes and other instructions.I'm giving only 4 stars because while the accommodations were nice, the cleanliness of the unit could use improvement and the beach gear inventory was not accurate. Upon arrival, we could see the floors had been mopped but it was like they used dirty water, which was evident after walking barefoot in the unit. The windows also had lots of streaks so again, we could tell they cleaners had been there but didn't really get the job done. There was also no wagon to haul beach gear down. I notified Farah and she didn't seem to be aware it was missing so that was a little inconvenient.Overall, we'd stay again but definitely would encourage the cleaning people to be more thorough in the future!

Just as advertised. Its was wonderful. The host Farrah answered all my questions promptly and even came to the condo to check on things for us. Easy check in parking great. The balcony was was great large and spacious even had rocking chairs. I took alot of sunset pictures there. Beautifuls sunsets. I will be back the next time Im in Panama City beach. Fantastic Condo - Home away from home feel.

The condo was clean, comfortable and spacious. Loved the fact both bedrooms had king beds as well as a queen pull out sofa in the den. The leather sectional was a definite plus-so comfortable. Communication with management was great throughout the entire renting process. Also really liked the fact we were able to rent for 4 nights and not a week long, because it’s hard getting away a week at a time. Planning on a few more quick trips this summer—-hope your condo will be available. Thank you for a well needed beach vacation. ❤️

Great Condo

My wife and I have been renting condos for 1 week up to 1 month. My wife commented that this was the best condo we have rented. It was spacious. The second bedroom was roomier than most master bedrooms. Minor things like shower pressure. Yes the shower was great. My wife and I are in our 70's and she liked the listing and pictures, especially that there was a recliner in the living area. Not many condos have a large dinning room table that can accommodate 6-8 people. The deck patio was large and comfortable. Perfect setting to see the sunsets. Thank you for such a great week. What originally excited us about this property was the big couch and area to hangout as a family, and it did not disappoint. We enjoyed the big living room and the great patio with table and lounge area. Good location on the beach. Parking was easy and plentiful.

Girls Trip!

This was the perfect spot for my sister and I's annual getaway trip! The décor was very modern. The condo was very clean, spacious, and warming! The balcony was my absolute favorite thing about the condo. It's spacious and perfectly positioned that no matter what time of the day you sit out there, you don't have to worry about the sun beating down on you. I highly recommend this condo! When we return to Panama, I will certainly look for this rental property again.

Beautifully decorated beachfront property with balcony. Amazing morning and sunset views. Condo was well stocked with basic kitchen essentials. Bathrooms and bedroom clean and well cared for. Close enough to walk to most places. Great communication before, during and at the end of our stay. Would definitely return back to this same condo! It was a perfect stay for myself and daughters.

Everything was great except the plastic cover on the bed that could not be removed. The bed itself was fine. But it was really uncomfortable to basically sleep on what felt like a shower curtain, the sheets kept slipping off the corners all night. There were three mattress covers, I removed two but the third I could not. I understand wanting to protect the mattress but you need a padded one next to the sheet for comfort!

The condo unit was clean with comfortable furniture, balcony overlooks the gulf and swimming pool. Great place to stay. The property is immaculate, you can tell they take pride in the building as everything from the communal floors, pools, and grills/equipment was kept up to a high standard.

Had the most wonderful relaxing vacation. Our suite was lovely, our view was fabulous and lots of places to eat and shop. I will miss opening that slider every morning and breathing in that fantastic ocean air. I could do that in Vermont, but i might turn into an icicle. Thank you.
