    **Check-in is at 4 PM CT (5 PM during Spring Break and Major Holidays, and weekends)



    **Important**  Registered guests must be at least 25 years of age.

    **NOTICE: The resort is undergoing construction / painting 9/14/26 - 2/28/27, (dates are subject to change) The 11th floor walkways are scheduled to be painted 12/7 - 12/14 dates are subject to change. From November 11, 2026, through December 27, 2026 (dates are subject to change), all on-site pools and direct beach access from the property will be CLOSED. During this period, guests will need to use the public beach access located on either side of the building to access the beach.

    This closure is mandated by the Fire Marshal and is outside of our control. By booking a stay during these dates, guests acknowledge and accept these conditions. No refunds, discounts, credits, or other compensation will be provided due to the pool closure, beach-access closure, related construction, noise, or inconvenience. This work is outside of our control and may result in daytime noise, equipment activity, workers in common areas, or temporary inconveniences., Entry to the unit may need to be requested during your stay. Please be advised that no refunds, discounts, credits, or relocations will be provided due to construction-related noise, activity, or other inconveniences outside of our control.

Clean and easy to get to. The beach chairs included was a major bonus. The balcony is quite large and was nice to enjoy coffee there.

Our family enjoyed the stay. The pool, the hot tub the beachfront was excellent. But the bed needs to be upgraded. The bed is not comfortable and the bed frame is bigger than the mattress so I keep hitting my knees on the bed frame, and got bruises. We stayed for 8 days so yes I wish the bed will be a bit more better.

The place was perfect, beautiful view, decor was georgous and the walk to the beach just a few minutes. I would recommend to anyone and hope when I come back to get the same condo. Thank you for the prompt action on getting a parking pass for us and we made amazing memories

Location was great for our needs, less busy than the West end. Large balcony with spectacular view. Condo layout was good, comfortable beds, just could use a little updating.

Super clean, great view

The view can't be beat. Great location. Parking across the street in the garage was easier than i thought it would be. Bridge over traffic was great and being able to go straight to Hutchison road and skip traffic on front beach road made going out really easy.

Beautiful place

Loved staying here. The beach chairs were a big plus. We were also able to rent another set of chairs next to them. Awesome house. Very clean and AC was in well working order. The view from balcony was great to watch the sunsets over the water!!

Beautiful beaches and sand dunes.

Apartment, beach, and surrounding were beautiful. However,there were too many donts, too many reminders. Main thing, bathrooms don’t have any bars and thus not safe. I’m wondering what cleaning service do you have since guests are reminded to do a lot of cleaning.

Quiet treasure

very close to Walmart, pineapple Willies and Shipwreck Island, but not overly busy with traffic. The condo was decorated cute, and supplied with all the necessities of a home away from home. The balcony furniture was very good, one of the chaise lounges was broken, but still plenty of room for our family to eat breakfast together every morning. Really loved having two queen beds in the second bedroom, Still plenty of room to move around in there, The tv was too small in second bedroom, grandson was a little disappointed in that. My husband and i are used to king beds in the master suite, but the queen bed was comfortable. overall i would definitely rent this condo again!

Great condo & communication!

This condo is clean, comfy, & has an AWESOME balcony. The furniture was sturdy, yet beachy, and comfortable. Trident was good about communicatint about parking, check-in, and guidelines. When we realized no parking permit was left for us, Dale drove over to deliver one. Having the beach chairs included was a big plus, and the guys who set them up are great. At Ocean Villa, they won't let people put tents in FRONT of the chairs. Hallelujah to that. There were areas for tents, both in back of beach chairs and to the side, however. Overall, a very nice place, and very well-managed.

Overall good- some poor communication after

Overall good stay. Check in was a breeze, parking across with walkway was convenient. Condo had everything we needed. Nice beach views. Condo came with 6 wristbands for access. Mostly clean but we did find a food wrapper on the floor by the couch that was not ours. Many things to do in the area but did have to drive to most places, not a lot within walking distance. I left a pair of Birkenstock shoes in the condo (I am 100% sure they were left there). I asked if they were found because I had a friend still staying in the same building for another week that could pick them up. I was told they would check with housekeeping and I did not hear back. I followed up again 2 days later & was told they would ask again weekends are very busy right now and the lost & found storage was not on premises. This was Wednesday. I still had not heard anything back on Friday and emailed again, with no response as of today (Saturday). I do understand it is my fault for leaving them but disappointed in the lack of communication on this, especially since I had someone that could have grabbed them for me while they were still there. Other than that, the stay was good and would recommend.
