Note: This space is also half of a duplex but they are completely separate units only sharing 1 common wall with the kitchen and a bathroom that has soundproofing inside of it.

There is in unit laundry if needed. It also has an outdoor shower located on the back patio for when you get back from the beach that is shared with another unit on the property.
