-Deer Lake State Park: 5 min golf cart ride (our main beach access with parking and restrooms!).
-Other Nearby Beaches: Seabreeze (4 min drive), Gulf Lakes (7 min bike ride), Walton Dunes (direct sand access), and Inlet Beach.
-Alys, Rosemary & Seaside: Under 10 minutes by car or golf cart.

🛏️ Where Everyone Sleeps (Sleeps 9) ~
-Primary Bedroom: King bed, Smart TV, and a private en suite bath featuring a walk in shower and double vanity.
-Guest Bedroom 2: Queen bed with boho details, Smart TV, and access to the shared hall bath.
-Guest Bedroom 3 (Bunk Room): Double over Double bunk bed with a Twin trundle (sleeps up to 5 kids or adults!), Smart TV, and access to the shared hall bath.

-Leave the beach gear to us: Beach umbrella, towels, cooler, wagon, and chairs are provided.
-Starter Kit: We start you off with the basics; included is a starter kit of paper towels, toilet paper, linens, towels, dish soap, laundry pods, etc.
-Premium Bath Products: All bathrooms come fully equipped with Public Goods body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.
-Coffee Time: We provide complimentary coffee alongside both a Keurig and standard drip coffee maker.
-Convenience at Your Fingertips: Full size washer and dryer, plus family extras like a Pack 'n Play, highchair, and baby gate.

✏️ Other things to note:
-Parking: Parking is available in the driveway for 2 vehicles directly in front of the garage door (Unit A). No street parking is allowed, but overflow parking is available in South Prominence.
-Minimum Age: Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
-Furry Friends: We love our furry friends, and they need a vacation too! We allow dogs that are under 30 lbs and non-shedding. If your pup fits that criteria, we would love for you to bring them along. A one time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 will be added to your reservation. Thank you for understanding!
-Disruptions Disclaimer: Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
