The main bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV, and en-suite bathroom with a luxurious tiled shower walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers a queen sized bed, flat screen TV, closet and direct access to the guest bathroom. The guest bathroom has a tub-shower combo with granite counter tops and fluffy white towels. Beach Blessings comfortably sleeps 4. Enjoy your time relaxing on the balcony overlooking the heated pool and hot tub while listening to the relaxing sounds of waves from the Gulf of Mexico.

This stunning 6th floor property has been remodeled top-to-bottom and it is impressive! The Coastal Retreat great room is beachfront with an ultra comfy sofa with coordinated loveseat, a flat screen TV with streaming TV, and free wireless internet throughout the property. Step out onto your private balcony and enjoy your coffee with the sounds of the ocean. Relax in the evening with a beverage and a fabulous sunset. The balcony has plenty of seating.

The kitchen is well equipped, so you can prepare a gourmet meal or quick breakfast, lunch or a special snack. A full-sized refrigerator, range, dishwasher and microwave are included. Dishes, pots, pans, flatware, blender, coffee maker, and more!

The dining area, which is also Gulf-front, seats 6 at the table and has additional seating at the bar. Step out the sliding glass doors onto your balcony from the living room and the dining room, the views are endless! This makes it inviting to eat in or sit and play board games or cards.

The spacious Main Suite with its elegant decor has a comfy king-sized bed, an en-suite bath that offers a separate dressing area with a double vanity with plenty of storage space, and a tiled walk-in shower-the bathroom is updated and very modern.

The Guest Bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and is decorated in coastal decor and has an adjoining full bath with a tub-shower combo & single vanity.

Parking is available in throughout the Edgewater Beach Resort. Parking passes purchased by guests on line in advance directly from the resort and will be picked up when you arrive at the gate. Parking rules and house rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles and all guests must wear wristbands while on property. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.
