The kitchen includes bar seating for 4, while the dining table seats 10.

THIRD FLOOR – BUNK ROOM & GAME LOFT

THE ULTIMATE HANGOUT

The third floor is designed for fun. The bunk room and game loft are favorites with kids, teens, and adults alike.

The room features three bunk beds with 4 twin and 2 full mattresses, an electric fireplace, Smart TV, arcade games, and a foosball/pool combo table.

You'll also find board games, puzzles, books, and darts for easy entertainment when you're taking a break from the beach.

The third floor also includes a convenient kitchenette for snacks and drinks plus a full bathroom.

BEACH DAY MADE EASY

The beach is just a 3-minute easy walk from the house, making it simple to come and go throughout the day.

After the beach, rinse off in either of the two outdoor showers before heading inside.

Beach toys and gear are available depending on availability.

Traveling with little ones? We provide a highchair and one Graco Pack 'n Play. Please bring your own Pack 'n Play sheets and linens.

Smart TVs and ceiling fans are provided throughout the home, and high-speed Wi-Fi keeps everyone connected.

Early check-in may be available depending on availability. It is not guaranteed and can only be confirmed on the morning of your arrival.

CHECK-OUT

Late check-out is not available. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our standard check-out time.

WEATHER & CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that weather can affect beach vacations. However, we do not offer refunds or rescheduling for cancellations or trip interruptions caused by weather, natural events, or circumstances outside of our control, except in the event of a mandatory weather evacuation.

If a guest requests a cancellation and a refund is issued, any payment-processing fees charged in connection with the reservation are non-refundable and will not be included in the refunded amount.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your vacation investment.
