Welcome to our Newly Built, luxurious 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom vacation rental home. Whether you're planning a family gathering, entertaining friends, or simply seeking relaxation, our spacious and beautifully appointed property is designed to meet your every need.

1st FLOOR:
Spacious open floor plan, that seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen.
**Bedroom 1 = 1 king bed, private bathroom, back street view
**Our living room features a queen-size sleeper sofa.
**A Laundry room with a washer/dryer is located on the 1st Floor.

2nd FLOOR
**Bedroom 2 = Master bedroom with King Bed, private walk-in double shower bath, and your own private walk-out balcony with seating and a table/ street view.
**Bedroom 3 = Master bedroom with King Bed and a private bathroom.

3rd FLOOR
**Bedroom 4 = Game Room and a bunk area featuring a full bunk bed with (2 full + 1 twin), and 2 Twin Bunk Beds (4 twin mattresses in total) and a full bathroom, Queen sleeper sofa,convenient kitchenette.

PARKING:
On-site parking is available for up to 4 vehicles, anything over 4 will have to park on subdivision street or another lot about a block away.

**Guests MUST BE 25 years old to book this home, and the person who books the home must be present for the entire duration of the stay. For guests under 25 years old, please send an inquiry. Exceptions may be made with the provision of a security deposit and agreement to abide by house rules, which strictly prohibit house parties.

*The base price is set for accommodation of up to 12 guests. Any additional guests, including children above 2 years old, must be added to the reservation and will incur an extra charge of $25 per guest per night.
We kindly ask that guests accurately disclose the total number of individuals staying to ensure the best experience for all. This additional charge covers the cost of extra cleaning, additional use of beddings, towels, water, electricity, and normal wear and tear on the property. Your honesty and cooperation are greatly appreciated in maintaining the quality of our accommodations.
