The Coconut Cove is ideally located in Tower One--positioned in the center of the three taller buildings of Edgewater and overlooking the gorgeous lagoon pool, splash pad, with a spectacular view of the Gulf!! Located on the 2nd floor, you can opt to skip the elevators and get to paradise sooner!

The condo's remodel was completed in January 2024 and the inside is nearly as gorgeous as the white sands are outside.

Step into The Coconut Cove’s entryway via convenient keyless entry and go claim your bedroom from your choice of four (three bedrooms plus Bunk Nook!)

Discover spacious Master Suite 1 with its king bed with sumptuous linens; flanked by bedside tables with drawers, lamps, a clock and several charging stations. You’ll have easy access to the wrap around balcony, a ceiling fan, tower fan/heater and swivel-rocker side chair. Wind down to sleep watching the 58” smart TV. Store your belongings in the dresser and large closet. You’ll love the convenience of the ensuite with double-sink vanities, waterfall shower with additional hand sprayer, and all bathroom essentials, such as hair dryer, towels, and toiletries. As in all bathrooms at The Coconut Cove, King Suite 1 has lighted, adjustable mirrors.

Master Suite 2 offers a king bed with luxe bedding, bedside tables with drawers, lamps, a clock and several charging stations and balcony access. Lull yourself to sleep watching the 58” smart TV. You’ll have a dresser and huge closet for storage, as well as a ceiling fan and tower far/heater to circulate air. Refresh and rejuvenate in the ensuite bathroom with double-sink vanity, dressing area with lighted, adjustable mirror, walk-in waterfall shower with additional hand sprayer, and all bathroom essentials.

Enjoy the Double-Queen Bedroom with two queen beds in a unique distressed-wood finish. Colorful artwork lends a tropical feel to the room. Watch TV from bed on the 58” smart TV and charge your electronics from the multiple charging stations. The attached bathroom for the Double-Queen Bedroom provides a tub/waterfall shower combo and all bathroom essentials; it is also accessible from the hall.

Kids and kids-at-heart will love the built-in twin-XL-on-full bunk nook, each bunk with a smart 32" TV and lights, plus a built-in shelf area for personal devices.

The leather living-room sofa folds out into a queen bed with new memory foam mattress to comfortably accommodate additional sleeping needs.

Once you’re all settled in, head back to the large living room and relax on the comfortable sofa, rocker, swivel recliners, and barrel chairs. Take in the soothing, beachy décor, airy spaciousness, and natural light flooding in through floor to ceiling windows. Custom solar shades in the living/dining rooms allow privacy, while allowing guests to enjoy the spectacular view! Room darkening shades are installed in all the sleeping areas.

Watch your favorite shows, movies, and sports on the 55" Smart TV with sound bar that you can also connect to your own devices to listen to music. Access Direct TV Stream with 100+ live channels and popular streaming apps that you can access with your own log-ins. Or play cards and family games, found inside the pantry/laundry area.

Enjoy playing golf, tennis, pickleball, and shuffleboard on provided facilities, and get in your daily workout at the fitness center, all included with your booking, except for a small fee to use the golf course. Rent a cabana or reserve pool chairs, but there are plenty for free on a first come first serve basis. There are a plethora of free, daily activities available for guests year around.

And let’s not forget the beach, just steps away! Grab your host-provided beach gear – 2 CoolCabanas, beach chairs plus camping chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, sand toys, umbrellas, a rolling cooler and a beach wagon – and head to the beach.

At mealtime, prep and cook your best culinary creations in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen with all the standard major appliances – refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher. Handy small appliances include toaster, blender, waffle-maker, food-processor, crockpot, and hand-mixer. You’ll find plenty of prep space on the countertops, including the kitchen island, along with all the cookware, bakeware, dishware, flatware, glassware, serving-ware, and utensils you need to prepare and serve your favorite meals. Barware too –margarita, whiskey, and wine glasses; shot glasses; bar cocktail shaker set! The host will provide a complete inventory list before your stay!

Grab your hot beverage or glass of wine from the fully stocked coffee/tea/wine bar with Keurig full pot and individual K-pod coffeemaker, wine fridge, and drink condiments such as sugar, sugar substitutes, creamer, and half and half.

Dine at the table for 8 supplemented by barstool seating for 4 at the kitchen island, also a sweet spot for morning hot beverages, breakfast, snacks, and lunch. Or dine al fresco at with the bar seating on the balcony. Edgewater Resort’s eateries are also an option.

Just outside and down two flights is the infamous lagoon pool with waterfalls and lush landscaping. The kids splash pad is nearby along with Oceans Restaurant and even a Tiki airbrush shop, snow cone cart, and sundry shop. Two hot tubs flank the lagoon pool, and one building east or west offers a seasonally heated pool in the off season. Just beyond the lagoon pool is access to the white sands where you can parasail, rent a waverunner, or simply soak up the view, saltwater and sand. There are chairs and umbrellas available for rent on the beach, and chairs or cabanas available to rent around the lagoon pool, but many are available for free at a first come/first serve basis. At the base of the condo is the pedestrian bridge. Cross it and you'll find a 9-hole golf course, Pro Shop, fitness center, and basketball/tennis/shuffleboard/pickleball courts.

Right outside the 24/7/365 manned-security-gates of the resort is a multitude of additional walkable restaurants--everything from NY style pizza to high-end seafood, an American eatery, a Cajun cafe, Mexican restaurant, and even a Subway and Waffle House.

The booking fee includes use of all 11 pools, splash pad, hot tubs, tennis/shuffleboard/pickleball courts, and health club, restaurant, 3 bars, tiki airbrush shop, Butter’s SnoCones, an arcade, beach access, basketball, and Edgie’s Corner that includes Starbucks, ice cream, and sundries. The golf course has a small fee, but offers package deals for guests.

Starter amounts of soaps, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion and paper products (like TP, paper towels, and trash bags) are provided. Please plan to bring/buy additional if your stay is longer than a couple of days.
