This stunning 11th floor property has unforgettable beach views! Your large open floor plan great room is where everyone will gather to watch the surf and make memories to last a lifetime! Beautifully furnished in a comfy coastal style with a queen sized sleeper sofa and love seat. There's a swivel chair for extra seating, too. Step out onto your private beachfront balcony and enjoy your coffee with the sounds of the ocean. Relax in the evening with a beverage and a fabulous sunset. Your balcony has plenty of seating. You'll enjoy LuxSpeed WiFi and Roku streaming HDTV throughout the property and no additional charge!

The kitchen has a beach view, too. It is well equipped, so you can prepare a gourmet meal or quick breakfast, lunch or a special snack. A full-sized refrigerator, range, dishwasher and microwave are included. Dishes, pots, pans, flatware, blender, coffee maker, and more are provided for your convenience!

The dining room, which is also beachfront, seats 4 at the table and has more seating for 4 at the bar. Step out the sliding glass doors onto your balcony from the living room and the dining room, the views are endless! This makes it inviting to eat in or sit and play board games or cards.

The spacious Seaside Retreat Main Suite with its elegant decor has a comfy king-sized bed, an en-suite bath that offers a separate dressing area with a double vanity with plenty of storage space. You'll love the large soaking tub. This bathroom is updated and very modern.

The Coastal Escape Guest Bedroom Suite offers a full-sized bed and twin over twin bunk bed with a twin sized trundle bed. The guest bedroom also has an adjoining full bath with a tub-shower combo & single vanity. This bathroom also opens onto the great room and is very convenient for those sleeping on the sleeper sofa.

All bedrooms have their own TVs, high thread count luxury bed linens and fluffy pillows. Soft, absorbent high-quality bathroom towels, and kitchen towels are all included, you'll feel right at home! There is a full size washer & dryer in the hallway closet and an iron and ironing board provided so you can always look your best.

Parking is available in throughout the Edgewater Beach Resort. Parking passes purchased by guests on line in advance directly from the resort and will be picked up when you arrive at the gate. Parking rules and house rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles and all guests must wear wristbands while on property. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.

The kids splash pad is available free of charge as well. Each Tower and Leeward/Windward has its own private beachfront pool with various hot tubs scattered about the Tower side. Your vacation rental is professionally cleaned and maintained. Housekeeping is managed by our staff, and all properties are double-inspected for quality assurance. We follow CDC guidelines for cleaning your vacation rental prior to arrival. We disinfect all high touch surfaces. We clean all hard surface floors with high temperature steam mops. Our laundry is professionally laundered using high temperature washing techniques. Once our housekeeping staff finishes cleaning and disinfecting, our inspectors check everything.
