This beautiful newly updated 9th floor unit next to the elevator on the far right of the Summit with a great view of white beaches, blue gulf water and amazing sunsets. You can even watch dolphins play from your balcony! You will not want to go home after spending time here. You will return year after year to our condo for a great vacation experience.



Come enjoy this nice condo has a king-size bed, tile flooring through out, built in bunk beds in the hallway with Tv's and a queen size sofa-sleeper in the living room. Has a fully furnished kitchen refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, self cleaning stove, Microwave and washer and dryer for when you get home from a long day at the beach or pool.

Free wi-fi included through out the whole condo.

For your entertainment we have a 50 inch Flat screen tv ( mounted to the wall) and Blu-ray player in the living room a 32 in flat screen tv ( mounted to the wall) in the bedroom.
As stated before both the bunk beds have small tv that can be used to stream shows.
