Wake up to sweeping Gulf views from this spacious 13th-floor condo in Tower 1 at Majestic Beach Towers. This four-bedroom, three-bathroom retreat sleeps 13 guests and features a private beachfront balcony, floor-to-ceiling windows, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable open living area with a sleeper sofa. Enjoy direct beach access, multiple pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, dining, and family-friendly resort amenities.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their government issued IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

About the Vacation Rental Unit:

Welcome to Majestic Memories, a spacious four-bedroom, three-bathroom Gulf-front condo located on the 13th floor of Tower 1 at Majestic Beach Towers. Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the open living area with natural light while showcasing beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Step onto the private beachfront balcony to enjoy the coastal breeze, watch the waves, or take in one of Panama City Beach's colorful sunsets. Inside, the open floor plan gives everyone room to gather comfortably. The living room offers plenty of seating, a television for relaxing after a day at the beach, and a sleeper sofa that accommodates two additional guests.

The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. The dining table seats six, with additional seating available at the kitchen bar.

The Gulf-front master suite includes a king bed, private balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. Three additional bedrooms provide flexible sleeping arrangements for families and groups, including another king bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom.

Whether you spend your mornings watching the Gulf from the balcony or your afternoons enjoying the beach and resort pools, Majestic Memories offers an easy setting for a Panama City Beach vacation. The full kitchen makes dining at home convenient, while the open living and dining areas keep the entire group connected.

The condo also includes central air conditioning, complimentary Wi-Fi, televisions, an in-unit washer and dryer, linens, and convenient elevator access. Its four-bedroom layout works especially well for extended families, multiple couples, and groups traveling with children.

Located directly on the beach in the heart of Panama City Beach, the condo keeps guests close to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and popular attractions while still providing the comfort of a private Gulf-front retreat.

Parking:

Avoid delays by activating a registration process before you arrive! In order to take advantage of Majestic's garage parking, guests will need to provide an email address right away so they can receive a registration link for a digital parking permit (login should not require a password).

The guest will then: 1) register their vehicle(s), including make/model and color of the vehicle, license plate information, and contact phone number and 2) pay online for the digital parking pass. The cost, per pass, will be $40 plus a processing fee (around $2). This pass will last for no more than 30 days. Long Term parking passes will be an additional fee per night. Motorcycle parking is only $20 for up to 30 nights. You may park an RV, boat, or trailer for up to 30 nights for $100 (based on availability).

Once the guests arrive, they will simply pull up to the gate and a license plate reader will provide access to the registered vehicle. Resort parking is located in the garage directly across the street. You may legally park in any non-reserved spot. For your convenience, the parking garage has a 3rd level load/unload area. (Do not park in any space near the solid red line painted on the wall.) On this 3rd level, you will find the crosswalk whereby you can walk over Front Beach Road and enter the main building.

Upon completion of the registration process, the guest will receive a confirmation via email. When guests register, they will receive instructions, along with a map of the property, that will provide directions on where to go once they arrive, where to get luggage carts, information on property ID armbands, beach flag warning and rip current information, and more. Guests will also receive and acknowledge that they have read the General Rules & Regulations for the property. From a security standpoint, the resort will be able to contact guests in case of an emergency.

If you misplace your registration link (and/or registration email) for Majestic Towers or just need to modify your vehicle information (by creating, editing or adding a vehicle), simply scan the QR code using the link provided to access your existing registration (you'll need to know the phone number or email address associated with your registration).

Onsite amenities include two outdoor Gulf-front pools, two indoor heated pools, hot tubs, a kiddie pool, a poolside bar and grill, a Starbucks market and café, a spa, tennis courts, and even a movie theater. Enjoy countless shopping, dining, and entertainment options conveniently located less than 6 miles away at Pier Park. For an additional charge, guests may purchase a pass to the onsite fitness center by visiting the front desk.

Nearby favorites include Barnacle Bay Mini Golf, 0.3 miles away; Pineapple Willy's, 0.6 miles away; Ripley's Believe It or Not! and WonderWorks, approximately 0.9 miles away; Coconut Creek Family Fun Park, 1 mile away; Shipwreck Island Waterpark, 1.4 miles away; ZooWorld Zoological Conservatory, 1.6 miles away; and Gulf World Marine Park, approximately 3.8 miles away. Guests looking for nature trails, wildlife, fishing, or a quieter stretch of shoreline can visit St. Andrews State Park, approximately 6 miles from the resort.

Armband Policy: All guests over the age of twelve must wear a blue and white property identification band while onsite. Guests who do not comply may be escorted from the resort's property.

Beach Chair Setup: Goin' to the Beach® Beach Service offers daily, multi-day, and weekly rentals for folding beach chairs and lounger sets at Majestic Beach Resort. Guests can reserve beach chairs and umbrellas in advance through Beachy and select their preferred location. Advance booking is required. Monday through Friday reservations require 12 hours' notice. Saturday and Sunday reservations must be booked by 10am Friday. Guests already onsite may visit the Beach Hut located on the beach between Towers 1 and 2 for assistance.

Other details to note:

All guests over the age of twelve must wear a blue & white property ID band when onsite, otherwise you will be escorted off the resort's property.

Majestic Beach Resort is upgrading to fiber-powered Wi-Fi and streaming TV. Once your unit has been completed, you'll enjoy faster Wi-Fi and enhanced entertainment during your stay! TV service is provided through a streaming app. Smart TVs already have the app installed, and non-smart TVs include a streaming device. Traditional cable boxes are no longer used. Guests may log into personal apps such as Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and Amazon Prime.

A washer-dryer is available for guest use. Please, don't forget to clear the lint filter. In addition, a washer and dryer are available for guest use, located on floor 15 of Tower 1. Each machine requires $2 in quarters per load. Before placing items into the washing machines, assure that sand has been rinsed away.

For guest safety and property security, a Ring doorbell camera is located outside at the front door.

A signed rental contract will be required at booking confirming that guests will follow all laws, community rules, and 30aSeascapes' policies else face fees and/or eviction.

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
