Resort Parking & Wristbands
⬥ ONE parking pass is allowed per stay.
⬥ You must pre-register and pay for your parking pass before arrival.
⬥ Fee: $50 for the entire stay (subject to change by the HOA without advance notice—please verify the cost if important).
⬥ A few days before check-in, you will receive an email with parking registration details.
⬥ Once registered and paid, the gates will automatically open upon your arrival for seamless access.
Wristbands
⬥ We provide 4 rubber wristbands for your stay – extras are not available.
⬥ Wristbands MUST be returned prior to departure.
⬥ $25 fee per lost wristband.
Gym Pass
⬥ $25 fee for gym pass, must be booked in advance of your stay. (may change without notice) this is a separate charge by the HOA independent of us.

⬥ No Parties & No Smoking – Violations may result in immediate eviction with no refund.
⬥ Strict Parking Enforcement – Parking is limited, so please:
⬥ Park between the lines to avoid frustration for other guests.
⬥ Be mindful during peak seasons when parking can be tight.
⬥ Wristbands MUST BE RETURNED or you will be charged $25.
