Avoid long waits at the elevator and crowded beaches. The Grandview East is a low density complex, so little to no wait on elevators! Walk to Walmart or to breakfast. Want to watch a game & eat out, several are in walking distance. Park you car for the week!

This is a family friendly condo. It is perfect for large families or for a couple of families to make memories. Games, puzzles & sand toys for all ages.

King beds can be found in two bedrooms. The third bedroom has a full over full bunk bed with a twin trundle. Make memories that last a life time as you experience the Gulf coast! State parks and entertainment are within minutes. Most times an open elevator awaits you as you enter the building. You & and your family will enjoy a low stress retreat from the hustle-bustle of everyday life!

Things to know about the Grandview East:
1. Two parking passes are issued per stay. The blue pass is used for parking under the the building or across the street. The orange pass may only be used across the street. There are no assigned parking spots.
2. Access to the building from the street and from the beach requires a 4 digit code that will be provided in your welcome packet.
3. There are security cameras located around the property in elevators, halls, and parking garage. Our condo has a Ring doorbell that is not monitored. If you need to contact us, please text, call or email us. We do not get notifications from the Ring doorbell.
4. You must be 25 years old to rent at the Grandview East.
5. There is absolutely no smoking in unit, on the balcony, or inside the building. There is a smoking area on the premise.
6. The outdoor pool is heated year-round to 80 degrees.
7. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.
8. High-speed internet access is available ON THE BEACH!

Park under the building with the blue pass or across the street with an orange pass. Jump on the bus & head to Pier Park for dinner, entertainment or shopping. GVE offer convenience without the crowds!
