Lone Star Beach House- steps from the beach! Brand new/ professionally decorated

Lone Star Beach House is a wonderful choice for your beach vacation with family or friends. Across the street from beach access, it's an easy trip, with a wagon waiting to carry all your gear!

Location could not be better - we are 7 min from all the fine dining and boutique shops of 30A, including Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seacrest and Inlet Beach. In the other direction, we are 12 minutes from the fun at Pier Park: Dave and Busters, Grand Imax movie theater, laser tag, VR arcade and shopping mall. Publix and Winn Dixie grocery stores are only a 2 minute drive, and the Donut Hole takes only 5 min.

Built in 2022, this 4 bedroom/3.5 bath house has it all. From the luxury linens to ensure a good nights sleep, to a bunk room where siblings or friends can make lifelong memories, this house will make it easy to enjoy your time in the sand and the sun.

The front door opens into the living room with a big screen TV and comfy sofa for family movie night. The dining table seats 8 with room for 3 more at the counter barstools. A fully stocked kitchen with brand new appliances allows for a fresh cup of coffee in the morning, plenty of space to cook family meals, or a glass of wine while reliving the day's adventures.

The second floor holds a bunk room with twin/twin and twin/full beds. Connected by a Jack and Jill bathroom, the second bedroom holds a queen bed. There is a laundry room with large capacity washer and dryer.

On the third floor, the master bedroom has a king bed, a 45 inch TV, and a large en suite bathroom with a vanity for two. Large windows let in lots of light, but room darkening curtains allow for sleeping as late as you want. Down the hall, a second master also has a king bed and en suite bathroom and provides a gulf view from the window.

We provide a utility wagon to take kids or gear to the beach. On the side of the house, there is an outdoor shower to rinse off before coming in from the beach. Because the beach is so close, you may find yourself returning at night to watch the sun set or do some serious star gazing!

We have been coming to Rosemary Beach for almost 20 years and wanted to share our love of the beaches along this stretch of coastline with others. We hope that your family will love it as much as we do!

Just wonderful! Linens were all new and luxurious, very clean, fully equipped kitchen and literally steps from the beach entry! Peek a boo views of gulf from top floor bedroom. Plenty of room for 2 vehicles in driveway (we had 2 SUVs with no problem). Trash service twice/week so no overflowing cans. Very close to grocery stores, convenient to 30A, Donut Hole, and Panama City Beach! The owner was super kind and very responsive. Outdoor shower was so nice because there wasn’t one at the beach entry. If you’re looking for a luxurious and relaxing spot, you’ve found it!!

Wonderful location

We loved the property and it had everything we needed. The location to beach access was wonderful. We did have some elderly parents with us and the stairs were difficult so just consider that there is not a bedroom on the bottom floor. Other then that no complaints. It was perfect and we made so many memories.

Perfect family beach getaway

The house was beautiful & exactly as the pictures show. There was plenty of room for our crew of 8. It would’ve been nice to have a little bit of storage in the bedrooms. Master had plenty, but the other rooms didn’t have any. Even a small chest of drawers in a closet would be helpful, however we made it work. The beach access was literally across the street from the houses on the 1st row of the little subdivision. We liked that the house was on the quiet end of the beach & literally in walking distance to Bayou Bill’s, which is a must for our family! Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone!

The house was beautiful and spacious. There is easy beach access and very close to the house. We loved the location as it was close to all of our favorite restaurants and a grocery store is less than a mile away.

Amazing and comfy

We loved our stay! The location to the beach was perfect, like a 3 min walk! The house was so cute and comfortable! The master bedroom had a mattress that was the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on, the kids loved the kids room with the bunk beds and we loved the open concept in the living room/kitchen area. Would definitely book here again!

Wonderful Property Close To The Beach

This 3 story property is wonderful. It is 1 block from the beach entrance and the beach itself. It is very clean well kept. There a two king bedrooms on the 3rd floor with private bathrooms with showers. There is a queen bedroom and a bunk room on the 2nd floor, sharing a Jack and Jill bathroom with a tub. The 1st floor is an open space with the living room, kitchen, and half bath. This was perfect for our group. I definitely recommend this property if you are renting in the area.

Perfect Vacation Spot

Lone Star beach house was the perfect choice for our yearly friends vacation. We had 5 adults and two 2year olds. The location of the bedrooms upstairs made it possible to really enjoy the time with friends once the kids were asleep. This home is beautifully decorated and the beds are SO COMFORTABLE! The walk to the beach was really quick and the provided beach wagon made it effortless. Not the mention the water was a perfect clear, turquoise and this area of beach is not crowded because there are not high rise condos around.

It was worth taking the chance on!

This is a new listing on VRBO with not a lot of reviews so we weren't sure what to expect. This house exceeded our expectations! This new build is exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. There was some construction in the area but we didn't experience any noise or disruptions. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials. The pier to the public beach was right across the street- no stairs and less than a 3 minute walk which was easy with wagons and beach gear. It was perfect for our family and friends which totaled 8 people. We could have even invited a few more. Due to some construction work in the city, there was a water main break (not any fault of house or home owner) that impacted all of West Palm Beach on the last day we were there. Michelle was prompt in letting us know what was going on and kept us updated as the city provided new status updates of the repair. She was nice to work with. Overall, this is a great place to stay and highly recommend to other families who may be looking for places to stay in the future.

This is a beautiful property that is about a 3 minute walk to the sand. Everything was clean and well equipped. The only thing I would have liked to see was some beach chairs to take down to the sand. Other than that, everything was great.

PERFECTION

If I could give 20 stars, I would! We rented this for a bachelorette trip with 9 girls, and when I say this house is immaculate, I’m not kidding! Every detail from the furniture/decor, to the sheets and down to the beach wagon left on the property, the host spared no expense in making this place the most PERFECT vacation spot. The area was soooo close to everything you need from restaurants to grocery stores. The beach access is literally a 1 minute walk across the street. Check-in and check-out process was extremely efficient. The host was SO accommodating and sweet over messages. I can’t express how much we loved staying here and all raved about the experience. If you need a great house for an amazing 30A vacation this should be your top choice!
