This beautiful condo is in the heat of Panama City Beach that offers relaxing coastal vibes & everything you need for a perfect beach escape. Immerse yourself in luxury within this exquisitely appointed two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium that offers stunning views of the World's Most Beautiful Beaches. Please note we are located in Tower 2. We are not a gulf front unit but do offer a gulf view. Enjoy the spacious floor plan and vibrant decor, creating a welcoming ambiance for up to 6 individuals with all the comforts of home. The refined yet relaxed atmosphere instantly puts you at ease from the moment you enter. Please note: We are a gulf view unit, we are not located on the gulf.

Please note prior to booking there is a 25-age requirement to book this condo. Person who books must be 25 at the time of booking & present during the entire stay. Please also, note everyone in the party must be 25 or older unless under 18 & accompanied by somebody 25 or older. This is strictly enforced. We do not allow 3rd party bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement of all guests upon check in guests will be evicted and will not be refunded for the stay. After booking a signed rental agreement & a copy of the person driver's license who booked will be requested. Rental Agreement & Driver's license must be sent back within 48 hours of booking to secure your reservation. If no signed rental agreement & driver's license is sent back within 48 hours guests forfeit reservation & will not be refunded.

This property does not allow Spring Breakers under 25 years of age. Please do not inquire asking if exceptions are made to this policy. There are absolutely no exceptions.

No more than 2 vehicles are allowed. No exceptions. Please make arrangements for 2 vehicles.

Per the resort only two vehicles allowed per condo.
Guests will be responsible for registering prior to their arrival date. Guests must be registered prior to the check in date.

Resort Fees, Parking, & Pets: (For Resort)

Resort Fee- Every guest paying to stay at Grand Panama Resort must pay the $55.00 resort fee. This fee covers a parking pass (regardless of use), facility access (regardless of use), and wristbands granting access to the property.
Guest will be responsible for cost associated with a lost parking pass or wristband during stay.
Additional Parking Fee: $35.00 for a second vehicle
One Day Parking Pass Fee: $10.00 for day guest
Motorcycle Parking Fee: $55.00 for the first motorcycle & $35.00 for each additional motorcycle
Trailer Parking Fee: $55.00 only allowed during Bike Week in the back parking area or the other Grand Panama Designated area

Pet Fees: (For Resort)
$50.00 for 1-7 days, $5.00 for each day beyond 7. All pets must be preregistered. Must use pet sleeve & must be on leash.
Maximum of 2 dogs - weight limit 25 pounds each
To receive a pet sleeve, guests must submit completed animal registration forms, proof of vaccinations, & current picture of pet.
ESA Animals must be able to provide housing letter from licensed physician.
Failure to properly register pet or violation of pet policy can result in eviction and/or fine from the association.

Fines: (From Resort)

Parking Violation/Booting: $150.00 fee to remove the boot for parking violations.
Pet Violation: $100.00 fine for failing to pick up after animal, excessive noise, & other pet violations
Elevator Fine: $1,000 fine for jumping in the elevator. See red signs posted in all elevators.

This unit is dog friendly. This unit allows 2 dogs under 25 pounds. The resort only allows dogs under 25 pounds. A $250.00 nonrefundable pet fee will be requested after booking from our company. No cats or puppies absolutely no exceptions. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or any of our beds. All dogs must be picked up after. If the dogs are left inside of the unit alone both dogs must be crated. If an emergency or maintenance issue were to arise our team will need to be able to access the unit safely. Absolutely no exceptions. Failure to abide by these rules will result in additional charges.

Pet owners desiring to bring a dog on property must complete & submit a form & obtain approval prior to bringing their pet. Failing to do so is subject to denial of the animal being allowed on the property. A pet tag will be given & must be displayed on the animal while on the property. Pets on the list of dangerous breeds are band which includes Pure or mixed breed Akita; American Pit Bull Terrier; American Staffordshire Terrier; Catahoula Leopard; Chow; Doberman Pinscher; German Shepherd; Husky; Malamute; Pit Bull; Presa Canario; Rottweiler; Staffordshire Bull Terrier; Wolf. Guests must provide the completed animal registration form, proof of vaccinations, applicable documentation for emotional dogs/cats or service to receive a pet tag at front desk located in the Grand Panama Tower 2 Lobby prior to bringing the pet on premises. Service animals must meet the requirements of a legally recognized disability under the Americans with Disability Act. Emotional support animals owners must provide a letter, dated before check-in, from his/her physician, psychiatrist, social worker, or another mental health professional who is the registered health care provide stating that the person has a disability and that the animal alleviates one or more of the identified symptoms or effects of the person's disability. Any service animal or emotional support animal must be in compliance with the resort's animal registration requirements.

Beach Chair and Umbrella Rentals – Beach chairs and umbrellas can be rented at the beach kiosk in front of the resort. Contact the beach service team for advance rentals.

No smoking if any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine.

Check In Time is 4pm check out time is 10AM if you are not out of the unit by 10:15 am, you agree to be charged 50.00 per half hour charge.

Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8am. If we are notified by security of guests be disturbing to others, you could be evicted with no refund.

No unregistered guests allowed in the property; violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction with no refunds given. We do not allow extra guests - including children of any age, we count heartbeats - and only allow the number of occupants, that the unit sleeps. This includes visitors as well. This unit sleeps 6 people max per the fire marshal. No exceptions. If the fire marshal is called to the unit because you are over the legal occupancy, you will be responsible for the fine associated with him coming out.

Failure to take out trash or excessive cleans caused from guest's additional charges will apply. The management company will have the right to charge the guest between $150.00- $300.00 for failing to abide by this rule.

Please note we only provide a starter pack of amenities, just to get you through the first night. One roll of paper towels, 1 toilet paper for each bathroom, 1 trash bag for each trashcan, 1 sponge for the kitchen, 1 pack of cascade, 2 pods for laundry, 1 bar of soap, 1 shampoo for each bathroom, & one conditioner for each bathroom. We do not provide these items for your entire stay.

We respectfully ask all guests not to move the furniture around. All the furniture must be placed back where it was found. During the checkout inspection if furniture is moved around and not put back additional charges will apply.

Check in is 4pm central on the day of arrival & checkout is 10am central on the day of departure. We do not allow early check ins. By booking guest agrees to wait to go to the property until the 4pm check in time or when you have been told by the office that the unit is ready.

The damage waiver included in the booking breakdown does not cover missing items. Examples: missing wristbands, missing beach towels, missing kitchen ware, missing linen, or missing parking passes. Guests will be responsible for paying for those charges.

There is a damage waiver of $69.00 included in the booking breakdown that covers accidental damages. The rate of $69.00 in the booking breakdown is for stays less than 27 days. If a guest books a 28-90 day stay the rate does increase for those reservations. Guests will be responsible for the difference in the price. Rates 28-59 nights will be a total of $280.00 for the coverage. Rates 60-90 nights will be a total of $450.00 for the coverage.   • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

The condo was clean, very well maintained and full of upgrades. The check in process was fast and easy. The amenities at this property are great! And although we were across (tower II) the street from (tower I) the beach we had really good views of the beach and ocean off the large balcony.

The condo was cozy and roomy. It felt like being at home. A short walk to the beach was great. We found parking down the street for very cheap in a public parking facility. The only problem was we couldn't stay longer.

Beautiful but…

The apartment and the views are beautiful, the building is quite but the road b noisy… Some of the dishes were dirty with different human hairs on it, long hair on dinner table, sand on floor = the cleaning people didn’t check it between rentals. Lots of rules that made me be worried the whole stay to make sure I wasn’t doing anything wrong I respect it all as always I do but it was not enjoyable to be with all rules posted all over even photos about how the draws and cabinets should be arranged… for example if you moved the coffee maker or toaster and don’t put it back it will be charged extra for the cleaning people to do it ….don’t worry! they provide photos in case you forgot how it was when you arrived lots of reminders all over the place… a little too must in my humble opinion felt like I was on Navy or Army lol instead of vacation. You already send a email with a list of 100000 of rules them let me enjoy my vacation and charge me if I do not respect ponto. For that reason I would not come back for this location. No thanks.

Excellent accommodations & VERY clean!

This was our first time staying at Grand Panama and this unit was exceptional. We vacation in the panhandle of Florida very often so we experience many different accommodations, and this was one of the best. The unit was very clean and exactly as described. The check-in/out process was extremely easy and all the staff we encountered were very friendly. Although we were across the street from the beach, the view was still spectacular! The communication with the rental agency was also spot-on as they were always responsive to my questions and very helpful. My family and I highly recommend this unit.
