There's a separate dining room and a spacious living room with all the Gulf views. After a fun-filled day, unwind and watch the sunset. From the balcony on the north side, enjoy a view of the enormous, lagoon-style pool deck and boardwalk leading to Crabby Steve's and the beach walkover to High Pointe's private beach access, where you'll be treated to a complimentary set of two beach chairs and an umbrella (as seasonally available). Pickleball and tennis courts are both on-site -- a coveted and rare amenity in the area! For those looking for a little more activity, your stay also includes the use of two beach bikes, available from the on-site vendor at the bike hut year around, where you can then take a tour of scenic 30A and High Pointe's beautiful neighboring communities.
