The master bedroom can be found on the 3rd level, hosting a king size bed, private bathroom, and a private balcony with views of the water as it rolls in. Bedroom 2 is located on the 2nd level of the townhome and hosts a queen bed with two bunk beds recently installed in the room, there is a full bathroom on this level as well. The common area hosts a sleeper sofa for two, and the unit houses a washer and dryer for added convenience during your stay.

Largo Mar is located on the quiet side of Panama City Beach on Thomas Drive in the Lower Grand Lagoon area of town. The complexes on Thomas Drive offer more expansive beach access and the Top Restaurants in PCB are just minutes away as you can enjoy brunch at Andy's Flour Power or great seafood meals at Dat Cajun Place, Captain Anderson's, The Grand Marlin or J Michaels. The St Andrews State Park is just 5 mins away for an afternoon adventure. You can book fishing excursions and dolphin tours at the St Andrews Marina just 8 mins from the condo.

The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge.
