GUEST REQUIREMENTS - The primary guest MUST be 30 years of age or older with valid ID and occupy the ENTIRETY of the stay. The primary guest will also be required to digitally sign a rental agreement, holding the primary guest responsible for all actions taken during the stay for all guests occupying the property. Guests of ALL AGES are counted as occupying guests and absolutely NO UNDERAGE SPRING BREAK GROUPS ARE ALLOWED. The total amount of the guests listed at booking will be the allotted number of guests allowed during the stay with no exceptions.

REGISTRATION/ENTRY & PARKING - Parking & registration is included free for all stays. Early entry is NOT available from May 15th to August 15th. Outside of this timeframe, guests will be contacted the day of their stay if any type of early entry is possible. Parking is limited to only 2 vehicles at any time. Recreational vehicles such as golf cart/scooter rentals, boats/trailers, etc. are not allowed onsite at the complex.

NOTICE - The top bunk bed is intended for younger guests weighing less than 200lbs. This home is equipped with outdoor security cameras. Pets of any kind are NOT ALLOWED. Smoking is ONLY permitted in designated smoking areas.

EXTENDED STAYS - Please inquire with us about monthly stay discounts. Extended stays will require an additional deposit and/or cleaning fee. Monthly stays are not available from May thru August.

ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE INSURANCE - The required damage waiver is non-refundable and only covers accidental damage up to the policy amount for your stay. The damage insurance does not cover outdoor items, intentional/cleaning damages, bath/bed linen, missing items or other broken agreement terms. These items will be charged to the payment method on file.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Cancellations that are made up to 60 days in advance of check-in date will receive a full refund, minus $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 60 days in advance of check-in will forfeit entire amount paid. There shall be no refunds of rent, fees, security deposit, etc., due to shortened stays or ruined expectations due to work or family emergencies or other situations. Cancellations Regarding COVID-19 made less than 60 days, with proof of rental closure, travel ban or testing positive for COVID-19, will receive an option to reschedule their stay at comparable nightly rates, or, a full refund minus 10% of the amount paid towards the reservation.

Perfect condo, perfect location

Go ahead and book this outstanding condo! I was a little worried bc there weren't many Vrbo reviews, but I'm delighted that I took a chance. Furniture, decor, appliances are all excellent. The kitchen has lots of nice tableware and cookware ranging from good to excellent. (We eat in every night. A well-stocked, large kitchen matters to us.) Location is excellent. The beach is not very crowded and we never had a problem finding a great spot to sit, including on weekends. While this condo doesn't come with beach service, it's available nearby (or just look online for services). It's a small building, which we LOVED. It meant the pool was uncrowded and there was never a wait for the elevator. Parking is a small, gated lot right around and under the building and a small overflow lot across the street. We didn't get a covered or assigned spot with this unit, but neither was necessary. We only had to use the overflow lot once in our 11 night stay. (And the overflow lot is very close, and the street you cross isn't busy at all.)The view from the balcony is unmatched, and the outdoor furnishings are very comfortable and high quality. Property management was very responsive. We had no problems, but any time I had a question, Derrek got back to me within a minute or two. They ask that the ac not be set below 70, but that is absolutely not a problem bc the ac works beautifully and the condo is well-insulated.This was a wonderful vacation bome and I would gladly book again!

Absolutely the best unit in the Grande Surf Club- very lovely, clean, comfortable bedding and the recliner was extra special for my husband with Parkinson’s. Plan on staying in this unit on our next trip!!❀❀❀❀❀
