A quick note about Florida living:
Our home receives routine professional pest control treatments and inspections. However, Florida’s warm, humid climate means outdoor insects, including Palmetto bugs, are common and may occasionally find their way indoors despite preventative treatment.

Seeing an occasional insect does not indicate an infestation or lack of cleanliness. We take pest prevention seriously and promptly address any concerns that arise.

Hurricane season is June 1–November 30. We follow official watches, warnings, and evacuation orders for this address. A mandatory evacuation covering any night of your stay will be issued a refund. A tropical storm or hurricane watch alone is not a cancellation. If you choose to leave during a voluntary advisory, ordinary cancellation terms apply.
