Discover Inlet Beach, the hidden gem of 30A! This 4BR/4.5BA home features two private-entry master suites, a third-floor master, and a guest room—ideal for families or groups. Enjoy original artwork, outdoor decks, and a short 3-minute (900-ft) walk to the beach. Close to Rosemary and Alys Beach, shops, and dining. Optional heated pool available. Comfort, art, and coastal charm await! Primary renter must be 25+.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

About the Community/Property:

While staying at 11 Tidewater Court, you will be about a 3 to 5-minute walk away from the stunning coastline! You are about a ½-mile to the gorgeous Camp Helen State Park. Rosemary Beach is less than 2 miles away. Alys and Seacrest Beaches are within a 5 to 10-minute car ride. Northwest Florida Beaches International airport is just a 30-minute drive away.

About the Vacation Rental Unit:

This vacation rental features: 4 Bedroom, 4½ bathroom
This charming home offers the perfect blend of comfort and luxury. This unique house distinguishes itself by featuring two master suites with separate entrances on the ground floor, each equipped with a kitchenette and a king-size bed. Additionally, the third floor hosts another master bedroom, and a guest bedroom furnished with a queen bed.
Maximum Guest Occupancy: 10 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)

Enjoy the outdoor spaces with both a covered front deck and a back deck, perfect for entertaining and grilling. Adorned with beautiful original artwork throughout, this home is owned by a world-renowned artist. Its prime location offers quick access to the beach, just a mere 900 feet away (a 3-minute walk), with no steps to navigate for a hassle-free experience on the uncrowded sands.

A washer-dryer is available for guest use. Before placing items into the washing machine, ensure that sand has been rinsed away.

Parking:

Free parking is available on the street in front of the house.

Other details to note:

Guests have the option to pay to have the pool heated; the additional cost is $15 daily for the length of your stay.

No extension cords of any kind may be used to charge any type of electrical vehicles.

Trash bins are emptied on Tuesday and Friday. Please leave the garbage bins at the end of the driveway for pick-up.

Upon booking, you'll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).

Very Disappointed

We were very excited about this house, but when we got there, the place was a mess and extremely unorganized. We had zero welcome packet, both balconies were a mess upon arrival - the grill was absolutely disgusting and there were dirty dishes inside the grill, one toilet didn’t work at all, the master bath toilet was leaking from the bottom, elevator was broken, no instructions on how to turn pool lights off or unlock the back door, one side of the house had broken beach chairs/umbrellas thrown all over the place, the only outdoor trashcan was 80% full upon arrival, so we had nowhere to put our trash, and the pool deck furniture seemed to be not be reset at all. We got there and looked everywhere for some sort of welcome packet to get on WIFI, so I texted the number given and didn’t hear back until I called the next day (with no answer). They finally texted the login information the NEXT day. I texted about the toilets and pool lights and never heard back. Lastly, the house left a smoke scent on all of our things, which was extra upsetting since the house was a smoke free house. So now we have to clean/wash everything. I’d also like to add that we didn’t receive any emails from VRBO. We received one text about getting in the house, but on the last day we realized that emails were being sent through the property management company email. Overall, I’m not one to write negative reviews, but we were very disappointed with the state of the house and the lack of communication.

Beautiful house

The house was beautiful with a short walk to the beach. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the host was very responsive. The house does back up to the main road, but didn’t bother us.

Great beaches

we loved the convenient accessibility to the beach. The home was perfect for our family of eight adults. It does have an elevator but it was not working when we were there. If you need one for the elderly, handicapped access, or other mobility issues, call first. The only drawback is that it does back up to the road which can be loud when you are outside but inside wasn't that noticeable. The beach is beautiful! We were there over Memorial Day weekend and it wasn't too crowded.

Great house and location!

Beautiful house just a short walk from the beach! My family has been traveling to this area for years for vacation and this property tops them all. Very modern decor and extremely clean. Easy to work with the property manager and zero issues before our during our stay. Can’t wait to come back this summer!

Fantastic Home

Was at another property 39 sea view drive and it was nasty. The owner sis not want to assist and actually asked us to leave. We found this home and it was perfect. Six a adults for a long weekend and this home was perfect. Would be great for families too. Property manager was also awesome

Nice Layout for Two Families

Our family of four went with another family of four and it was nice to have separate sleeping arrangements on the first and third floors. The elevator was a huge hit with the children & also with the adults when it came to transporting luggage & groceries. The option to heat the pool was very appreciated and came in good use. We loved the privacy fence around the backyard/pool area. The house is located a short distance from the beach, so this was very convenient. We do wish there had been a vacuum or indoor broom available (with three toddlers, things got messy quickly). Overall, we were very pleased!

Beach weekend

Perfect property by the beach, very nice inside and out. We were able early checkin to grill and enjoy the beach before the sun went down, and David accommodated late checkout. Our one complaint was the check-in process was a little slow, and took some time for David to respond with welcome information as we arrived. Otherwise, fantastic trip!
