Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their government issued IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

The open studio layout features two comfortable queen beds with quality linens along with a new dual electric reclining sofa, providing plenty of space to relax after a day at the beach. The window can also be opened to enjoy the coastal air.

The modern kitchen features beautiful cabinetry, quartz countertops, LG stainless steel appliances, and plenty of space for preparing meals and snacks throughout your stay. Long wood-look tile flooring complements the contemporary coastal design, while the bathroom features a shower/tub combination with a luxury shower tower.

Parking:

Top of the Gulf requires all guests to register upon arrival. The registration fee is $30 and must be remitted in cash at the 1st floor office (9am to 5pm) or through security during high season (4pm to midnight). If you are booking an extended stay, the $30 registration fee must be paid every 30 days. All wristbands can be found within the unit.

Top of the Gulf Resort Rules:
All guests must register upon arrival, display their parking permit, and wear resort armbands while on property. Pool hours are 8am–11pm; pools are unheated, glass is prohibited in the pool area, and infants must wear swim diapers. No pets are permitted. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas. Skateboards, rental scooters, and golf carts are not permitted.

Other details to note:

Guests will have convenient beach essentials available for use, including beach chairs, a palm-frond-style beach umbrella, beach hammock, and cooler.

The game room is on the 6th floor. No food or drink consumption in the game room. Minors must be always accompanied by an adult (18 years or older).

Laundry facilities are located on the 2nd, 4th, 6th, and 8th floors. Before placing items into the washing machine, assure that sand has been rinsed away.

Trash chutes are located on each floor, just past the elevator. Please do not leave trash in the laundry room. The HOA will impose a $100 fine if the cameras reveal that a renter has left trash in the laundry room.

A signed rental contract will be required at booking confirming that guests will follow all laws, community rules, and 30aSeascapes' policies else face fees and/or eviction.

Upon booking, you'll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
