This beautiful 3BR/2BA condo on the 15th Floor at Laketown Wharf Resort has fabulous gulf views, 5 pools (including a rooftop and a kiddie pool), 2 hot tubs, a gym, and restaurants on-site. A Walmart Supercenter, several restaurants, wine/spirits stores, and other attractions are within walking distance. With the sand directly across the street (via a private beach entrance) and plenty of nearby amenities, you'll have everything you need for a relaxing stay. It's a perfect vacation destination!

The space
The modern coastal farmhouse decor with rugs throughout is 'shore' to make you feel right at home. Newly painted kitchen and bathroom cabinets with new hardware.

Open concept living room and kitchen with island and 4 counter height stools.

Living room offers a sofa with lounger, accent chair, and 65" TV with cable and streaming options as well as a HDMI cable for gaming hookups. Board games for all ages in media cabinet.

Access to balcony off living room and master bedroom.

Master bedroom: King size bed with gulf views, 50" TV with cable and streaming options, workspace with desk and chair, full bath with stand-up shower and garden tub, and double vanity.

Bedroom 2: King size bed with lagoon views, 43" TV with cable and streaming options, and large closet. There is a portable Twin size folding cot in closet that can be rolled to other rooms in the condo.

Bedroom 3: Twin over Full size bunk bed with lagoon views and small closet space. This bunk room is equipped with sliding barn doors to provide more privacy than a standard bunk room.

Shared full bathroom between bedroom 2 and 3.

Utility closet with an ironing board and iron (no fun) and some beach chairs and beach toys (more fun!).

Washer and dryer in unit.

Outdoor area features plenty of seating options for lounging or eating, from a sectional with a table and stools, bar height table and 4 chairs, and additional seating for 2 just off the master bedroom.

**There's a Laketown Wharf Resort fee of $103 per reservation that covers parking & mandatory wristbands. It is to be paid directly to the resort upon arrival. (See other things to note below.)

Guest access
Master bedroom closet is for owner and staff use ONLY. Large closet in bedroom 2 and small closet in bedroom 3 are for guest use. Rooms offer large dressers for storage, as well.
Other things to note
No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.

Holidays require a 3–4-night minimum stay.

There is a $70 fee for parking and wristbands. This is not included in the booking price. This is not our fee. It is the resort's fee. It covers parking for 2 vehicles and wristbands for your entire party.

Upon booking approval, we will ask you for an email address and/or mobile number to get you pre-registered with Laketown Wharf for parking and wristbands.

Parking notes: Guest parking is designated to the Northwest Parking Deck. Two (2) parking spaces allowed per unit in the garage, parking is unassigned. Please display parking pass in windshield visibly. Failure to display a valid parking pass could result in the car being towed.
