The Living Room area faces the Gulf of Mexico with its own Private Balcony, Queen Sofa Sleeper with Mattress and 58" Flat Screen Smart TV with Cable.

We Provide Four Beach Chairs, One Beach Umbrella and One Small Cooler For Our Guest. These items will be waiting for you in then Master Bedroom Walk-In Closet.

Parking - Reserved parking space is not included however the parking is on level 12 so super fast and easy to get to condo.

Please do not park in a parking space that is marked reserved for your vehicle will be towed!

Additional public parking is less than 1/2 mile away. Stop by the security desk for information upon arrival if more parking is needed.

Outdoor pool is NOT heated.
The resort does offer a heated indoor pool and hot tub during the winter months.
