The house was very beautiful, clean and comfortable. The convenience of having the beach in our “backyard” with 4 kiddos, the easy access to go to the beach and back home after a day in the sun and water was a major plus! We bonded by cooking in the kitchen & eating on the patio as a family, I appreciate the hosts/housekeeping for providing the best first Florida experience for our family of 6.

Perfect location and safe roomy porch for all to enjoy the view. Such easy access to the beach with a place to store your beach accessories outside downstairs and even a shower/hose to rinse off. Definitely recommend!! No fighting for a place a on the beach either. Walk straight out to setup. Highly suggest Mike's for dinner to walk to.

Great location and very nice property! It’s very private and peaceful. My only issue was it was not cleaned very well. Showers had hair and other things on the floors. Downstairs floors made our feet black within 30 minutes and bed sheets had brown/red stains on them.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I love people at Blue Swell. The location was great. The furniture is not conducive for older couples. I would tell the owners the following. The master bed needs replacing. The dining room only has stools and not comfortable at all. I have stayed at several places with Blue Swell and have been satisfied with their management. We will stay again next year with them but not at this condo.

This property was excellent. Ocean front walk right out the unit onto the large deck with seating overlooking the ocean . Then walk right out into the water. Enjoy the sunset from the upper balcony off one of the upper bedroom suites or main floor deck. The place was super clean, everything was renovated and updated kitchens and baths and flooring. Nice kitchen, bar top eating and dining area and 1/2 bath in the main floor. 2 nice bedroom suites and two full baths upstairs both with large walk in tiled showers. Parking is right by the front door and walk right inside. We will be staying here again if it is available ! Thanks for the great communication by text

The location is amazing! I would however offer a few suggestions. The dishes need to be updated. They are too random and obvious thrifted. (I love to thrift. But they are BAD mismatched.) The wifi is not extremely high speed which made it hard to work on some work projects while at this location. (We've never had this problem at other locations.)

Go-Jo Getaway was just what we needed for a relaxing week in PCB. The location was ideal with Pier Park 10 minutes away, although that is traffic dependent as we always used 98. We eat out for breakfast and supper when we are on vacay and there were plenty of places to go within 15 minutes in either direction. However, there is a nice assortment of cookware and dishware for those wanting to eat at home. Even though its tucked between a high rise and a public access, we still felt like we had our own little piece of the beach each day. It might take 1 minute and a half to get to the water’s edge. The hose at the bottom of the stairs was a nice touch to keep most of the sand out of the house. There were only 3 of us this go around, but 4 adults can comfortably occupy the unit. While it lists 6 for occupancy, it would be tight. The communication from Blue Swell was consistent and informative. We like to keep things simple and they made it easy. We will definitely consider this unit again and will check out other BS properties for future trips when more of our family is in tow.
