Sleeping Arrangements:
The spacious master bedroom features a Queen bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom is ideal for families, offering a Queen bed. A shared bathroom with a walk-in shower is conveniently located just off the hallway. This layout comfortably accommodates families or small groups while still providing privacy and flexibility. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa.

One of the standout features of this unit is the incredibly strong WiFi — so reliable you can even sit on the beach and stay connected. Whether you're working remotely or streaming your favorite shows after sunset, you won’t miss a beat. The condo also includes Direct TV for your entertainment.

Parking passes are issued at the security gate upon arrival. Registration for parking is $30.
You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.
