    Condo Emerald Beach 2031 est 2 chambres (les deux avec des lits King Size) + zone superposée 2 lits jumeaux, un canapé-lit Queen avec 2 salles de bain complètes. Il y a un grand balcon avec une vue magnifique de cette unité du 20ème étage.

    Emerald Beach est un vrai complexe de vacances, avec Bellman Service et pas seulement un complexe de condominiums. C'est un complexe face à l'océan situé à 1 mile à l'ouest de Pier Park avec les meilleures commodités de tout complexe dans plusieurs piscines PCB. Espace familial 2 piscines et bains à remous walk in pool & Kids Splash Zone et snack-bar. Un grand bar Tiki près de la grande piscine chauffée côté plage. Toutes les piscines ont des bains à remous à côté d'eux.

    Il y a un Starbucks Coffee Shop et Deli, le Sky Bar Cocktail Lounge dans la passerelle au-dessus de la rue des 2 très grands garages de stationnement. Des bains à remous, un sauna et un hammam sont sur place que vous ne trouverez pas dans d'autres complexes.

    Autres caractéristiques de l'unité:
      - La suite principale dispose d'un lit king-size, d'un grand coin salon avec une baie vitrée et d'une table avec vue directe sur l'océan et d'une télévision à écran plat .
    - La 2ème chambre a un lit King Size TV écran plat
      - La zone superposée dispose de 2 lits jumeaux
      - Le salon dispose d'un canapé-lit queen-size de qualité commerciale.

    Nous avons un système d'entrée sans clé qui vous permet de réserver à la dernière minute, il offre également à nos clients une sécurité supplémentaire.

    Politique d'annulation:
    Un acompte de réservation de 300 $ est débité de la carte de crédit ou de débit que vous fournissez pour retirer ce condo du marché de la location pour vous. Si vous annulez pour une raison quelconque, cet acompte n'est pas remboursable. En cas de réservation via le réseau HomeAway / VRBO, ils factureront des frais de service qui leur seront versés.

Condo was clean and just as described. A bit snug for 8 of us- 6 adults and 2 kids- but we made it work. Was easy to book and enjoy! A bit difficult to find the condo at first- but the front desk was so helpful with that. After that- it was easy sailing!!!The view was amazing- we enjoyed the sunsets- and watching the storm roll in. I loved the balcony- it was a great spot for some relaxing and listening to the waves. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful place to stay.

We had a great week staying here and we loved the location. Condo is very well stocked for cooking. The building is wonderful and offered many amenities that we enjoyed: hot tub, heated pool, live music, food/ice cream store, etc.

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay staff was excellent and so nice the room was very clean and spacious enjoyed the breathtaking view the only suggestion we have the mattress in the master is really hard it doesn’t give at all besides that everything was wonderful couldn’t have picked a better place for our family to enjoy the kid pool are was a win on double red flag days we are looking forward to coming back next year would definitely stay here again thank you all for great memories

Wonderful

The condo was amazing, more beds then we had need for. Could use some additional bed covering, very clean. Dishes for everything we needed. Enough towels and linens. Back door and front door had some trouble getting them to lock. This is a wonderful place to stay and I would love to book again in the near future.

One of the living room chairs had poop streaks which we had to try to clean ourselves. One of the pools was closed so the kid pool was crowded and chairs were never available. When we were getting ready to leave we could not shower or clean up due to the water shut off....non were your fault but we would stay again!!

Needs a couple of things but love the location.

We have stayed here for about 15 years now. First time to stay in this room. Room was not cleaned well. Microwave had food all in it, spilled gel in bathroom drawer and floor was sandy. Master bed was not comfortable… comforter dirty with looked to be blood stain on it. If room was cleaned well and new mattress we would stay again. Convenient location and beautiful beach!

Spring break!

I really loved the view of the property and the layout. I will say we didn’t get to check in at 4 because they weren’t done cleaning and I felt they rushed it because they knew we were there so some things didn’t seem so clean; oh and we got locked out because our battery in the lock died so we waited for maintenance. I would stay here again though, it’s in a good location, nice pool areas as well. I didn’t really have to communicate with the owners other than calling the emergency line over us being locked out! Thanks!

Fall Break

The condo was just as described and was wonderful for our family. We only had a few things that were issues. The screen on the sliding glass door was ripped when we got there, thankfully not a lot of bugs this time of year (probably because of the wind tunnel it creates when you have it open). The entry door and the master bedroom door both “stick” and are hard to open/close, but that’s very minor. Everything else was great!!

The property and amenities were good but the actual condo itself was not. The sofa bed springs were broken so we had to purchase an air mattress. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were like a piece of paper. There was very limited silverware, cooking utensils and pans. Everything was bare minimum.

Beautiful Beach

The resort is lively and in a great location. The ocean was turquoise and the water was clear and beautiful. Have chairs and an umbrella provided was great. Make sure you have the right garage code upon arrival. The condo was nice, but could have been stocked better. We also found old food in the cabinet above the stove. It was very spacious and my kids loved the bunk beds. I would recommend putting some rugs down to prevent sand in your beds. The master bed was HARD as a board (some people may like that) and the water pressure in the shower was horrible. But other than that, the condo was good. We enjoyed the beach and Starbucks on property.

Good for the money

The condo is how it is described. There are a few things that could use some repair. The door to the master is busted at the bottom, the towel rack falls down in the master bath and the toilet paper holder needs replaced. There was some staining on the chair cushions and the comforters for the bunk beds were stained (I did call about it and they brought replacements the next day). A piece of advice go to the stand on the beach early your 1st morning to get your chairs. Overall a decent place for the cost.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and comfortable. The check-in was a little stressful. The directions led us to the Wyndham which is across the street from the condo, but there was a skybridge, so we didn't have to cross the street. Emerald Beach Resort and the Wyndham condos are in the same building across the street with Wyndham on one side and Emerald beach on the others side. It was quite a maze logistically to get around. Once we learned how to get around, we were much more at ease. If an explanation of the layout and parking was given initially, I believe it would help with the check-in process. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I'm sad to say that this condo was not what we hoped for. It does have beautiful views and the pools are perfect for the kids. But when we got there the condo was not clean. There was trash, chocolate, a dirty cup in the guest bed! There was dirt everywhere on tbe floor. Loose hair ans dirt in the drawers. There were many dirty dishes where no one washed them and put them back in the cabinets. I called when we got there to let them know it was dirty. The owner of the condo called me directly and was very nice. He sent them to clean it again and although they did sweep the floors better the guest bed room still had trash on the bed and the sheets were still dirty and their was still dirt and hair in the bathrooms. So I had to wash the bedding and clean the condo to feel like it was clean enough for us to stay. We were able to enjoy our trip but it was disappointing to look forward to this trip and walk into a dirty condo.

Reviewer Comments: We come to PCB twice a year in May and October have always had great experiences this time was a little different at the resort everyone has always been really pleasant but this time the security guard was really rude and instead of asking if we needed help she was yelling at us telling us we couldn’t park where we was at my husband was trying to remove the luggage rack so we could park the car because it wouldn’t clear but there wasn’t any signs saying what the height clearance was and this was the first time we had used a rack on our suv. The condo wasn’t very clean there is black spots on the ceiling in the living room thick dust on the baseboards throughout the condo and the lamp shades in the bedrooms. In the master bathroom the shower was dirty the paint around the light in the shower was was peeling off and rust around the light the caulking around the bottom of the shower was black.The bed in the master bedroom wasn’t very comfortable the tv in the master wasn’t working properly. The washing machine had a musty smell where it had been closed up for awhile .I understand completely it’s hard to maintain the rentals to everyone’s liking we love staying at this resort do every year cause the location and the resort.I just feel for the price that you pay that could be a little more cleaner.
