Edgewater Tower 1 Two Bedroom Condo offers stunning views of the 11,500 square foot lagoon pool with the white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico as your backdrop. You'll book an unforgettable beachfront getaway in this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Edgewater Tower 1 condo. It comfortably sleeps up to 6. There are 2 queen sized beds in the guest bedroom( ***on August 16th, 2024 this room will become master bed room with King Bed)and one queen in the master suite. The sofa also converts to a queen bed in the living room. Welcome to Edgewater, your Perfect Place in Panama City Beach, FL!

This stunning 10th floor property offers mesmerizing views of the Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort Lagoon Pool!

The kitchen comes well equipped, so you can prepare a gourmet meal or quick breakfast, lunch or a special snack. A full-sized refrigerator, range, dishwasher and microwave are included. Dishes, pots, pans, flatware, blender, coffee maker, and more!

The dining room, which is also Gulf-front, seats 4 at the table and has more seating at the bar. Step out the sliding glass doors onto your balcony from the living room. The views are endless!

Enjoy your coffee with the sounds of the ocean on your private balcony. Relax in the evening with a beverage and a fabulous sunset.

There is a stackable washer/dryer located in the kitchen closet and an iron and ironing board provided.

This condo comes with a maximum of 2 parking passes. Parking rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.

Minimum rental age is 25. No Pets. No smoking or vaping inside the condo.

Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort has the Amenities you are looking for!!

The nine-hole, par three executive golf course is located near the Villas. There are 10 lighted Plexicushion tennis courts, and a complete pro-shop for equipment rental for tennis and golf. The fitness center features treadmills, upright bikes, recumbent bikes, ellipticals, rowing machines and stair master machines. The game room offers video games and there is volleyball on the beach.

On-site services include Ocean's Bar & Grill beachfront restaurant that also offers room service and poolside dining, pizza shop, poolside bar and Edgie's beach store with Starbucks and ice cream (small shops are seasonal).

The resort also offers a hair salon, gift shop, health spa, massage therapy and free tram service for the entire complex.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

The condo was nicely sized. The view was amazing. The owner was very responsive. The only thing that kept me from leaving 5 stars was that clealiness for comforter and curtain in guest room were dirty as well as decorative throw pillows on beds.

Great location!

This is a great place to stay especially with small kids. Everything is conveniently located. Nice pool and cute splash play area for babies. The only thing I could say was a negative was lack of toilet paper in the unit and the sliding door could use some work. But other than that everything was on point!

Beautiful condo in great location

The condo was beautifully decorated, clean, kitchen well stocked and most comfortable beds and pillows. It is right on the beach and the complex has a beautiful pool and amenities. The master sink was leaking. I messaged James and within 2 hours of my message he had called me and had someone come fix the leak. We appreciated his immediate response and action to fix the leak. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a great place/location.

Wonderful experience!

Our vacation plans got rerouted mid trek to Florida for a cruise due to a hurricane so we quickly booked this place at our favorite PCB resort and it was wonderful! Great beach and pool views, beautiful and clean condo and an even better host that helped us out last minute! Highly recommend!

Resort was great. Pool, restaurant and beach were well maintained and we really enjoyed them all. The condo unit itself was in need of some updating. The decor and fixtures are dated and the living room furniture was pretty worn. The unit was clean, but probably could use a “deep clean” that goes beyond the typical between tenants cleaning. The beach view was absolutely georgeous and we spent a lot of time enjoying on the balcony. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms worked fine for a family of 5. I’d give the unit a 3.5/5, lots of potential, great location and view, but time for some TLC. Minor thing, but something we noticed a lot - there are no hooks (or similar) in the bathrooms to hang wet towels/suits despite plenty of room for them to be installed.

Great location

The location of this condo was top notch! Everything was perfect with the exception of the master bed- the mattress was terrible. The pullout sofa was more comfortable. Also the kitchen was missing a baking pan when we attempted to bake dinner one night. We would stay here again, I’d just make sure to sleep in a different room. The condo amenities was great- you didn’t have to wait for the elevator very long, oceans had fabulous drinks and the shrimp pizza was to die for!

Great view

Stayed for a long weekend getaway. Weather did not cooperate but condo was in a great location. Beautiful views and comfortable accommodation. This resort has a lot of amenities and is literally on the beach
